Right, so, we cant watch these in the US.

Some VAT thing, maybe?

Wtf is VAT, anyway?

A European aphid of some sort?

I noticed the same thing. "The uploader has made this video unavailable in your country".

Must be Colin Montgomerie, or something. His vids and wins are unavailable in our country.

Remember the metric system they tried foisting on us back in the 1970s?

Whatever became of that?

The first hole at Le Golf National is listed at 419 yards even on the European part of the Ryder Cup site.

Totally. Just look at all the influential French tech companies, car companies, golf club companies, or anything companies. What? There are none that immediately spring to mind? Welp, thanks for the baguettes and creepy moustaches, I guess. Euros are always funny because they think living in different parts of an area smaller than the size of Texas makes them unique. "I'm not German, I'm Austrian!" Cool, so you're from the next county over?

Absolutely. I don't care about the difference between Switzerland and whatever country the size of Iowa you can name in the Euro continent. It's all Euro, and the Ryder Cup agrees.

What on earth is wrong with you?? Seriously you've insulted a lot on good posters on here. It's called national pride of where people come from. Tell a scot in Glasgow that he's English and see how far you get

Kinda like saying I'm not from Alabama, I'm from Mississippi? Or I'm not from Queens, I'm from the Bronx?

Dude, take a break from the keyboard. If you’re gonna talk trash to our Euro friends before the Ryder Cup at least make some sense. This just reinforces the “ignorant American” stereotype.

Different countries, different languages, different history, different government, different food, different culture, etc. Yeah, I don’t see why they feel the need to correct you on that.

Exactly right. But, then, you have to get super insulted about it instead of realizing it's really the same thing.

I love it when fiery Euros try to do the "ignorant American" thing. It's pretty cute, given the social issues in their super sophisticated Euro states.

I’m not European. I’m American, and you’re acting ignorant. Take it somewhere else or even better, stop it all together. The Ryder Cup is one of the greatest events in all of sports and this thread was a lot more fun when Americans and Euros were discussing golf together.

Ashley has been doing the ignorant american routine on here with years. I hope for his own sake it's a parody.
