Nike's Wide Shoe Options are Terrible

Wide golf shoes in general, especially when you get out to that 14 and larger size leave little to be desired.

The options are very limited. What’s worse is their wide isn’t even that wide. I ordered the react pros in wide and can’t even fit my foot in fully. They are going back and I am going with Adidas instead.

I had this same thought last year with the Nike wide options and decided to move on.. Switched to TRUE Linkswear and never looked back. They are putting out some straight fire right now!

No wide option from True, but the OG runs wider than any Nike wide.

the new puma caged, had to send back wide, was too roomy, never had that issue.

I have the Major, OG Premium, and TRUE Knit. I just purchased/pre-orded the OG Feel that was just released Tuesday. The Original (OG Premium is the Original) is definitely the widest fitting, especially in the toe box. The others do have a wider fit than any Nike shoe that Ive tried, IMOThis is true as they don't actually offer regular/wide/x-wide options. I just think they generally fit wider than most other brands.

I've thought the same thing for a few years now. I wear 11 medium in Adidas, and the standard 11 in Nike is too small width wise for me. I've never been one to wear wide shoes, and the options available in stores is pretty terrible. I'll keep sticking to Adidas for the next few years.

I border on medium and wide depending on the manufacturer of the shoe. I can get away with going up a 1/2 size in Nike regular width shoes or 12 wide if available. True Linkswear shoes are amazing and I rather enjoy them but I do enjoy a Nike shoe though. I am a lefty golfer so I am used to not having all available options when something new comes out. I always have to taper my excitement until I know if they are offered in Lefty or not!

I think Nike has lost its way since the lunar 4. Almost geriatric looking style plus the wides are not wide... I've moved on to

Honestly, Nike has never been particularly good for folks with wide feet in any of their lines- golf or otherwise.

16EE here, my options are basically New Balance which I have.

Footjoy has a couple of wide options but at $200+ I hesitate to take a chance on them.

According True the OG feel accomodates up to 4E width and it does look really wide.

How are True in sizing? Do they run small or large? Desperate for golfshoes that fit my wide feet, Tried most extra wide shoes that are available in Europe.

Currently play in Adidas Swift Run sneakers(knitted). No pain but not so good in wet conditions. Nike should reintroduce FI Impact 2 with 4E option.

I'm a 10.5 3E and wear the OG Premium in 11 with a thinner insole (high arches) and love them.

I wear 9.5 EEEE shoes. Wide toe box but narrow heel. Has always been difficult to find a good fit, and basically wore out my 10W Footjoy Contours.

I tried everything (but True, which is on my list). Nike, Adidas, Footjoy, Puma, you name it.

The only 2 that worked were Skechers (Go Golf Elite 3 in 10W) and New Balance (NBG 1701 in 9.5 X-wide).

The Skechers are very comfortable, but spikeless, and it is rain season here in FL. The NB are impressive for being an "entry level" shoe. I tried other NB (Striker and NB Tour) but didnt like either of them.

I have friends who swear by True shoes, and say they have plenty of room in the toe box despite not having wide widths.

As someone with extremely narrow feet, Nike makes the best golf shoes on the market by far. To each their own I guess.

You need to try SQAIRZ. Solved my wide shoe woes.
