Daphne's Animal Headcover Fit

Does anyone know if the bigger drivers (specifically the Callaway Mavrik) fit inside Daphne's animal headcovers? They say they're supposed to fit up to 460 CC drivers, but you never know...wanted to check with you all! Thanks in advance!

Thank you both! Not super worried about exposing the shaft, just as long as my headcover isn't slipping off the club head when I'm not looking.

A 460 will fit. What I have found though is that depending on how that volume is used (deeper face, deeper head, etc) the snugness of the fit can vary. Or maybe the better way to put it, is that it can be more of a struggle getting it on and off.

Makes sense. I will just have to give it a try on the Mavrik and see how it works. I also feel like, after not too long, the headcover might expand and get a little easier to put on and take off.

The Giraffe I have fits fine, the panda one is a bit snugger but still fits.

I have the Black Lab and it fits just beautifully on my 460cc M3 driver.

As others have said, it leaves the shaft a little exposed, but so does the stock headcover FWIW.

My koala didn't fit my sim very well. I blame the shape of the Sim.

They are beautiful! This is my Lab Joey (left) that will be on my bag. Our other dog, Zeke (right), will have to wait until the they make one small enough to fit on a fiarway wood lol.

They do make hybrid/fairway sizes but the animal selection is limited a bit. I have the penguin (my second favorite animal) for my hybrid.

Just another data point...my partner has a 460cc Cleveland HiBore and it fits (snugly) in the shark cover. She paid more for the cover than the driver. :)

I have a black lab on my sim max. It seems a bit snug in certain positions but fits well enough.

How's that one going? I saw it and thought it looked cool, but being way more horizontal than vertical I was worried I'd constantly be messing with it to get to other clubs!

I don't have to deal with it and she likes it, so well enough I guess.

I do notice that she takes it off the driver and puts it in the bag at the beginning of the round, so it must be somewhat of a pain.

I have the raccoon and it fits my mavrik sz with no issues getting it on/off. The smaller ones for fairways/hybrids are a different story.

Interesting. I didn't realize until recently that the SZ is 450 CCs where the regular and Max are 460.

Headcover fits, big ears block view of adjacent clubs. But it looks awesome.

You should be fine fitting the extra 10 cc in there. I feel like the raccoon is almost too big.

I've got the Koala and find it can be a bit snug and difficult to get on my 917 D3 (440cc). Usually needs straightened up then goes on fine.

As you can see it also has a tendancy to hold onto the 3 wood and look a bit stoned, so quite realistic, and scarily similar to its owner
