KBS CT TOUR PUTTER SHAFT

I am thinking about upgrading my putter shaft to the KBS CT Tour putter shaft. Is it worth it or just use a normal putter shaft.

Yes, I definitely enjoy mine.  Have 3 putters with it and really enjoy this shaft.  Would recommend.  It's a touch stiffer than most putter shafts.

If you exclude performance, the look of the matte black or brushed chrome are better and more durable than any other shaft IMO.  They are cheap and look great, get one.

I recently bought one to try and I've just bought two more to install in a few of my other putters, so yes I like them!

 

They are a fair bitt stiffer than a 'normal' True Temper stepped putter shaft or equivalent which for me makes it easier to feel where the head is and therefore my long putter pace control is far better. They seem to dampen the feel off the face too making it feel softer for me, but I can see how some might not like that feel if they like abit of a spring off the face. They are relatively cheap so I'd definitely say they are worth a try.

Looks and performs great, especially on longer putts. Doesn't affect feel at all.

Do any of you guys know if I put this shaft in my Odyssey Tank 1 if the counter weight will fit in the end.

I love them for lag putting. I actually just ordered up a brushed black one for my Scotty. Been using one on my spider x

long putts worked great, lack of feel on short putts so no go for me.

I replaced the adjustable Ping Sigma 2 shaft with one of these. Produces a firmer and more positive feel at impact. The shaft would still be worth it at twice the price IMO. And the matte black looks great against a black putter head.

I paired this shaft up with an old Scotty Monterey head and I've been really pleased.  No problems with feel and actually like it as much or more than my graphite LA Golf putter shaft I have in my backup (plus the cost difference makes it a no-brainer to go with the KBS).

Same, have one in my Spider X and it's fantastic.
