It was at the Walmart event....maybe after 2013???.....it was on the "Pig Sooie" par 3 hole.

Stacy had some of Razorback hog head hats to hand out to the fans.

There was a little Asian boy who didn't cross the line/ropes with his hands waving to see if Stacy would give him a Razorback hat....instead of handing the little Asian boy a Razorback hat....Stacy reached into the crowd over the little Asian boy's head and handed it to a Caucasian girl.

The look on the little Asian boy's face was PRICELESS...."like what the heck just happened"

 

I guess Stacy thought the little Asian boy was Shanshan's nephew.🤣

 

"I feel like it was just taken away from me", Lewis said in her post-round news conference. "You'd like to win on a good shot, but, obviously, it wasn't a good shot"

I had been putting well for 6 weeks with my dad's 1970 Ping Anser...I changed a few things...but being a CLASSIC greedy golfer....I wanted more.... and decided to change to my $55 used mint Huntington Beach 1 putter last Thurs...I putted well...29 putts....no 3 jacks.

 

So I stuck with the HB 1 on Tues.

WTH.....the Golf Gods must be racist....they showed me NO LUV on Chinese New Year.

I had 19 putts on the front 9....I turned two 12 ft birdie chances into bogeys....I think it cost me 10 skins.

Now the HB 1 is sitting on DEATH ROW in my car trunk....I won't listen to any Governor's pardon.....back to the Anser.

I HATE golf....ok ok...I've been trying to find tee times this weekend with no luck...UGH.

 

Is it windy?

Are the pros finding trouble off the tee?

Conditions look fine. Winds are 8 to 12.

Heck of a start by Leona. She could be the first time winner I was alluding to. For a player with a fairly unorthodox swing, her ballstriking is excellent.

Grant is so nice. 'Just said some nice things about Jodi's ability to put herself into contention. Of course, being the nice guy that he is, he couldn't speak the truth about her poor putting. Along with Jennifer K, she's the best ball striker without a win.

I'd be really happy to see Leona win. She played some epic golf last year, so has earned her stripes.

 

If she does, who will be the next first time winner? Many of this year's rookies have a bit of an unfair advantage, as they come on to tour as seasoned players with multiple wins on other tours. Putting aside those, who is it going to be?

I think Leona will get the win. She’s  been building up to a W for 2 seasons now and has been a big winner at every level.  Last year Marina, (part of my team for the big contest here),was often near the top of the leaderboard, but would drop like a rock on Sundays.  
 

Really bummed that this isn’t televised.  If the 2 tied at the top don’t finish it off, I’d like to see Stacy get another win or Brittany A. finally break through.
