Concur. I also think it would be an absolutely wonderful place for the membership. Would be hard to get tired of playing that course.

I hope when Gil Hanse does his work on Colonial C. C. after this week that he can realign the current 15th to get the tee box away from the street and the power poles/lines hard along the right side.  A real eyesore.
