Here’s my 2....the torched one will be for sale once I have my new hosel/shaft.

Hoping the machine experts can help here, the head feels a little loose if that makes sense does anyone know how this hosel is affixed? Does it just need to be re epoxy to the head?

That should be a screw that can be tightened

Its just a tiny cavity, like a site dot, filled with black paint.

 

I thought the screwed in ones had a decent size machined screw on the bottom

Yeah.. just heat, remove, clean out and re-epoxy.

All of mine do but I think Dave made a few like the one you have.  Not sure.  Chris will know.

Just pulled it apart, heat like you said, bottom of the hosel is threaded, makes me want to machine a hole in the head and use a screw 🙂

No longer with Machine but that is an Early release. Was just a hole to release pressure. Epoxied in Hosel. Just have to heat Hosel and remove.

Anyone know the size of the screw on the medallions and the toe and heel section on m1a adjusters?  I don't have the putter in hand yet but was trying to find screws for it and maybe change up the colors.

Not sure what size mine are or a way to measure it but I am sure you could shoot an email to Brad Fussell [email protected] or the machinestarter.com websites.  He has a bunch of stock machine putter items and he is who I went through for new necks for my machine putter. I would think he has some screws or knows what size they are.

1/4"-20 x 3/8" Coarse Thread Socket Set Screw Cup Point

Pretty sure the length was 3/8" or 5/16". Might need to mix and match depending on the depth of the holes. I got the black ones from Home Depot or Lowe's and the brass ones from ASMC Industrial via an online search.

Thanks it took me a while to figure out what those screws were called and the sizing.

 

I didn't change out the medallions or the screws on them. Both were bought on eBay and came like that, only changed the lower screws. I think they are actually different sizes themselves?

A new take on an old one in the bag this week. Center shafted pill cut neck and face balanced. KBS CT Tour matte black putter shaft and Pure oversized putter grip.

Ordered the new M25 and have been talking to Travis on the design. Currently have a M10, M6, and M1A I'll have to post pics of tomorrow if I get a chance

Does Dave still work on the putters or is Travis running the company now?

I certainly hope you did not put any money down.... im still upside down since 2015( recouped most of it through the years) but  its been 5 years of  written emails with excuses after excuses for not having my putter or cash in hand. .......

Travis has been my main point of contact throughout all my interactions, but at one point he did mention Dave as well working on my putter. From what I've understood so far, Travis is the voice so Dave can work.
