This thing is beyond polarizing. I can't remember such a 1-sided opinion of any consumer product since the first iPad?

Not saying this will definitely be a hit, I'm just very surprised at how opposed most seem to be about the looks.

everyone will be saying, when released, their #s are rediculous and its 20 yrds longer.....but the picture on the rbz2 looks too 'set up' with the number pad, calculator etc....my honest opinion im going to say a close fake to the real deal.....TM released to see if the graphics would work and clearly they arent so the released versions will not have these graphics on them.....all a good marketing ploy

I won't be buying one of these....I did enough in buying the RBZ line this year...love the driver, but didn't like the fairway or hybrid...going back to the trusty R9 for 3 wood and looking for either an R9 5 wood or a Rescue or Adams hybrid. Newer isn't always better!

You are right. I think TM leaked pics to see what the initial feedback would be. Epic fail. I like everything about what I see besides that stupid crown.

I just hope this "graphics crown" phenomenon never takes off. The original R11 still craps all over this thing. Looking at the original thread that was posted earlier - that thing has stood the test of time. I know a lot of people are saying once the dust settles everyone will be bagging one blah, blah, blah..........but this is driver is just hideous. The 1st gen RBZ irons and the new bladez are still in the same category for me......absolutely putrid!! Can't believe guys are creaming themselves over the new irons.

That is my son's set-up, RBZ driver, R9 three wood. No need to fix it if it's not broke.

Good choice. Picking up a R9 5 wood was the best decision I made this season. It's a great club.

Wow that´s the ugliest driver I have seen from a "serious" brand.... but at least the sole plate now has a build in compass and is adjustable to 142 different positions.

Now look who is laughing. Small tweaks get first look approvals. Major shifts get hammered on day one. 2 ball, white, adjustability, white, etc.

Is there such a thing as too much adjustability? This could drive an OCD golfer off his rocker. I am surprised at the graphics, but also the thought of a multi adapter for all lofts loses me a bit. I am sure if is great for saving on production costs, but it reminds me of the irons you used to see in the back of the golf magazine that you could adjust to any loft. I wonder if they just aren't trying too much?

I'm told to go along with this driver, T/M will be pushing 17/17 as what everyone needs to be in from a fitting standpoint: 17 degree launch and 1700 spin rate.

The Burner Superfast had the graphics on the Top and somehow that sold quite well, I said in the other thread, Callaway had seriously stepped it up against TM, and so have Titliest, I personally won't like looking down at that but i'm sure it will do everything that TM claim. It will have a cult following i'm sure and as some have said, might be changed by TM before final release ( graphic's). It's a Risk but TM alway's seem to get away from it.

Re: the controlled leak marketing feedback theory- has it been leaked wide enough to get accurate feedback? It is a holiday and MANY people will not be the checking the internets, IMO.
