My experience, though, is that the more time a woman spends on improving what's on the outside...the less time she spends improving what's on the inside.

....and, unless it's a one-night stand, you eventually have to talk to her...and hopefully she'll have something interesting to say.

Real women are not that fit, and that large-breasted at the same time. Mother Nature doesn't work that way.

But hey, she wants to work in a career where physical appearances matter. I respect that, and acknowledge it....but I've reached a point in my life where I'm no longer awe-struck by women like her.

Pretty truly is, as pretty does...and if it does ugly, it gets pretty tiresome pretty fast.

But one thing I've learned in life, there is always someone who's "tired of her crap" no matter how good looking they are. I'm not saying this is the case, but I've learned long ago looks are not the most critical part. It's performance over time.

Real women are not that fit? What? Personally I think she does a good job on the shows shes on and shes a good looking girl. I have no idea how people on the internet can make a "hotdog down a hallway reference" without even knowing her but hey whatever makes you feel good I guess. She obviously works out, can't say I care about the enhancements to the upper body but I don't think it looks bad either.

There is a newly posted topic on Holly Sonders. It's disgusting. Would we talk about our mother's, sister's, girlfriend's, wive's, or god forbid our daughter's this way? It's time the mods and owner's of this site step up and refuse to publish this kind of stuff! We don't have to act like a bunch of neanderthal's going for a cheap laugh! I realize men & women in the public eye are subject to criticism but when do we see men suffer this kind of sexist, nasty prose? If the owner's of this site can set standards in the classified section of this forum and pull ads that don't meet their criteria why don't they step up and treat their women member's with respect?

I'm sorry, but real women don't look like Barbie....at least, not naturally. Any woman with her obvious degree of fitness and muscle definition would also lose fat from her breasts as her overall percentage of body-fat went down. The only way someone could maintain the DISPROPORTIONATE size of her breasts to the rest of her body are two ways.

1. Her breasts have been surgically enhanced (most likely given her career choice and the 21-century eye-candy image she tries to project), or

2. That picture's been PhotoShopped.

I'm not slamming her. She's someone whose figured out that men (as a group)will give things to, and do things for women that they find sexually appealing that they won't do-or-give to women that they don't find appealing. Which gives her a competitive edge (in a male-dominated career field) over a less-attractive woman of equal talent. So, like a beauty pagent contestant, she's enhanced what Mother Nature gave her.

Of course the downside is that when you spend so much energy playing up your sexuality, a lot of people are going to fail to notice anything else about you.

All I said in my original post, was that my PERSONAL preference is for a woman who has spent as much time and effort renovating what's on the inside, as Ms. Sonders has spent renovating and maintaining what's on her outside. What's on the inside, improves with age. It doesn't wrinkle or sag.

First off, kudos to Holly for making the cover of Golf Digest. She's come a long, long way since getting her 5 minutes of screen time on Morning Drive when the show first started.

I also applaud Golf Digest for putting a woman on the cover of the magazine. It's really easy for them to dust off another pic of Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson instead, so it's nice to see them thinking outside the box. And for that matter, placing a greater emphasis on fitness.

However, I can't imagine that the brain-trust at the LPGA is super enthusiastic about Holly getting the cover. I can think of a number of female golfers - cough Stacy Lewis cough - who deserve to have that cover. Again, to be clear, I'm not knocking Holly and I think it's terrific that a female made the cover. But the motivation behind the choice is bit suspect in my opinion.
