I got Halo 5. Started off kind of slow, but I'm pretty into it now. Same old Halo stuff though. Multiplayer Warzone is fun, although my skills are rusty and I die a lot. It will make me happy until Battlefront comes out.

Thanks. So I've been trying to do some research lately on Halo, since I'm off work for about 13 days coming up and the weather here in Missouri is supposed to take a turn for the worse about the middle of next week. So what exactly is Warzone? I've heard its like 10 v 10 teams, with AI on huge maps and you gain points to get vehicles? I watched a little twitch on it and it seems like it would be like BTB on Halo 2 where you'd spawn miles out of the action, only to get sniped when you eventually got close enough.

I'm shocked MLB has no games on XBox One. The only baseball game I can find on PC is RBI Baseball.

Maybe it's because I've grown up a little, but this new gen gaming era has been disappointing to say the least. Maybe my expectations were too high, but only use I have for the xone is Netflix.

Halo 5 another fail for next gen game releases.

I just want a multiplayer that doesn't have guys jumping non-stop..... The first modern warfare had my favorite multiplayer of all time. Good old fashioned seek and destroy. No jet packs / hover crap, etc.

This is why Halo 2 and 3 were so good. I stopped playing the franchise after that. Some good times playing those 2 games though.

I agree. But its like, when you played the Black Ops 3 beta...yeah all the jumping was there, the thrust jump etc, but the thrust jump is nothing like the exo jump in AW. Do I really like that type of jump? No, I do not. I do not like that nor do I like the futuristic aspect of Call of Duty. The series needs to take it back to WWII and get back to basics

I'm undecided on BO3. I'll probably end up buying it and not being crazy about it. Kind of like MW3. And Black Ops 2. And Ghosts. And Advanced Warfare.

I thought the beta was tons of fun. Some of it was probably just childhood nostalgia, but I'm probably gonna buy the game.

And Halo is now gone.... Kept trying to get really into it and couldn't. With Best Buy offering 50% trade in bonus, I got $40 for the trade. Now I've pre-ordered Battlefront.

Haven't even played that and don't expect to. I just play online. The zombies is actually really cool, the setting is like a New York City ally in like the roaring 20's. Only stupid thing about the zombies is that there are levels where there are like ghosts that come out of no where. They kill my a$$ every friggin time.

Fallout 4 is the first game in a while that I am excited to get. I use to be a diehard Halo player but the game became less cool after 3 IMO

Well, I caved in and bought Black Ops III and Need for Speed for my PS4. I've played around with NFS a little bit and it's okay, but nothing stellar. I think that the best run of games that they had for NFS were actually on the PS2 with Most Wanted and Carbon. As for Black Ops, I haven't had a chance to take it for a test spin due to time constraints. NFS is one I know I can pick up and put down easily, but COD generally causes me to fall into a couple hour long multiplayer pit.

I just got NFS as well and like you said, it's okay. Not great, but better than a lot of the other ones they put out. Graphically though it's gorgeous. I watched the trailer for Black Ops III and I just couldn't for the life of me figure out what the hell was going on. COD 4 and BO 1 were my favorite COD games, but the whole ultra futuristic thing that's been going on is just too much. Running long side walls, seeing people through walls and crap is just too much. Hell it makes HALO seem like a WW2 shooter in comparison.

Lot of folks are raving about Black Ops...... How hard is the multiplayer? Is it all about shooting guys who are jumping while you're jumping? I might not be good enough to play it with my old man reflexes

Most Wanted is a hell of a game, I love that game. Wish it was on PS3...but is NFS a no go? Because I was considering buying it.

When SW Battlefront comes out my post count per day will drop like a ProV in a pond! Game looks awesome and Star Wars sounds/music is just too good! (ps, playing on PS4, gt is VoodooGolferX)

for the guys playing the new NFS, how are the driving physics? most wanted and carbon were great for what they were but NFS Rivals driving was horrid. almost gta 5 like

i own XB1 and ps4, anything different between them that i should get it on a certain system?
