This is behind the 14th green, a par 3 with a little swale for a chipping area if you go long, as PQ and I did. In the far background, you can see the 15th green.

 

 

 

This is from the par 3 3rd. Domes in the dirt. Hoop in the middle. PQ down the hill near the 4th tee after a shaky tee shot. The 4th goes away in the back ground.

Well. somewhere around the 14th or 15th hole of the first round, Domes starts talking in the voice of "Bethpage Billy". A high pitched sort of Southern squeal. . ."Bethpage Billy stepped up and buried that there ball in the sand for ya."

It was almost a combination of Galifinakis in that election movie, and Bagger Vance. Seemed vaguely offensive, but not exactly sure towards whom.

Then cut your calorie intake down.

 

More protein for weight loss. Switch to complex carbs...wheat, brown rice.

I need to cut back on a lot to hit my goals. However, first thing is first and that's getting my back squared away before restarting DDP Yoga and going as full bore into it as possible.

It is, mostly. However always keep it in moderation. Also don't use regular table salt. Look into Sea Salt when flavoring your foods. Has more minerals and nutrients.
