The GC is so inflexible why can't they continue with the live coverage here as play has been suspended due to bad weather at the Zurich Classic. They are also live streaming the earlier coverage of the Zurich Classic. Ok so MW is 6 over through 8 there are other players of interest out there GC.....

Take the good with the bad from the ladies schedule. The good is with fewer events the top players are out there almost every week. The bad is a player like Wie has a harder time taking a few needed weeks off.

Question of the day:

Does Wie WD before the end of the day?

Probably, and probably should take a few weeks off to recover.

Why what's wrong with her now? Just made a great birdie to get back to 5 over....Gerina is showing the way in her group through the first 8 :)

She cited neck spasms on Sunday, so who knows what is coming.

In the GC website story Leadbetter cited a litany of physical issues she has had lately. And some of what he thinks are the causes.

Talking about neck spasms.. Did you see Wie's playing partner Kristen Gillman.. I don't think I can watch her play for long.. She would turn her head from the target to her ball about 10 times really fast before she hits the ball..

Have they even shown Ciganda even once?

Yes, they showed her 2 or 3 times.

Couple of random comments:

- I like when Henderson, Hull, Lexi, and Ko are paired together.

- Cheyenne Woods does not seem to be improving. I wish this wasn't the case.

- Gerina and Kang need to get their first wins this season.

- American female golfers are falling behind.

- The fall of SNaP....I'm cool with it.

- Syndee Michaels have a nickname on here?

Married to Callaway Clubs but I cheat with Nike Clubs on occasion.

MJ Hur, where have you been?? Nice..

Nice to see So Yeon up there again, she might be able to keep it together this week.

How cool was Sei Young's shot that ripped the cup up? So close to a slam dunk that one..

I'm pretty meh on Gerina so meh, go Gerina.

DK was cruising along really nicely, then I think she added them up, 3 bogeys followed..

A couple of late bogeys got Ciganda off a nice score as well, still lurking though.

I was going to put Na Yeon as my pick for the week earlier, that's not working out how I planned it though she's -1 through 1 today maybe a rally is on the way..

Few shockers, Lexi at +4, she's lost the plot the last few weeks. Hyo Joo at +4 as well, what's going on there I don't know, in my book she's a better player than In Gee, certainly not showing it at the moment though..

I think I'll be rooting for Amy Yang the rest of the week..

Except Lexi has finished top ten in her last three starts! I know what you mean though, she is all over the place. I say she bounces back today and makes the cut.

Under the gun I would take In Gee any day. HJK has skills but IGC seems to live for the pressure. IMHO.

Lexi has been a grinder lately. Even when her game is off, she doesn't check out mentally. She had an excellent -1 last Sunday in tough conditions when 8 of the other 9 top 10 finishers were over par.

In Gee is definitely the real deal, but as they noted in the telecast yesterday, she needs to work on the wind game. 'Don't care how windy it is, you can't miss the green when you have a gap wedge in your hand.

Stacy's putting today was moose-worthy. Stacy changed from A Titleist ball to a Bridgestone ball last year, anyone think that may be part of her issue? Danielle Kang is in form and I think she will get her first win soon.

At first it was a problem because her distance numbers were off, but now her driving accuracy and GIR are still good, while her Putting Average is 72nd. She has lost all confidence in her putter and once you do you start doing crazy things like try putting with a Happy putter. It's hard to get the putter back once it has gone cold.

I think she needs to pick up an Odyssey 2-Ball, or Sabertooth putter on Ebay. Lydia and Inbee would agree.

Danielle Kang basically threw her caddie under the bus in her post round interview. I am not surprised why she went through so many of them. (Even GC made fun of it in its "Caddie knows best" segment )

People keep waiting for her to fulfil her potential after winning consecutive US Am. Maybe that's the reason why.

As they mentioned in yesterday's telecast, match play and stroke play are two very different things. You can be aggressive in match play, as you only risk a single hole. Danielle seems to have a number of blow-up holes that really cost her when she's in the hunt.

She should try a center shafted putter at least.

That may well be part of the reason. But at the end you have to take ownership of your game, instead of getting frustrated by other factors.

Good call, I hadn't looked at her results and assumed they were poor given it looked like she was struggling but in so many ways that's such a positive, She looks to be playing bad but is still cracking Top 10's, nothing wrong here... The cut isn't quite locked up today though, she has a couple of holes (or some help from the field) to make it happen.

Stacy is in the same boat, what's up with her lately?

Hyo Joo is toast.

When did the world turn upside down?

Meh, go Gerina.. lol
