Anyone know if USGA is allowing Thursday ticket holders entrance tomorrow? Can't find info anywhere. It was a mess around the course today and shuttles completely stopped for hours.

No. While this may seem unfair, it is a safety issue. Friday is sold out. Allowing double the spectators on any day is not safe.

Still looking for the hole where Spieth threw his club.

He spun a wedge off the green into a bunker. Soft tossed his club at the bag when Greller went to pick up the divot.

Yes, I saw that. That's not throwing a club. I've seen pros toss a club to their bag 1000 times. Throwing a club is what McIlroy did at Trump Doral (I think). Threw his 3 iron into the water.

He didn't really throw a club, but he certainly didn't hand it to his caddy. Not to be sanctimonious, but I would like to think I wouldn't ever cause more work for my caddy, even if that means my caddy having to bend over to pick up a club. I'm not saying I wouldn't toss or throw a club, but I'd sure as hell go pick it up so my caddy didn't have to.

pros literally do this all the time. Lmao

Good lord. You'd think spieth had chucked it at the back of his caddy's head.

Thanks, assumed it would be insanely crowded but was reading the ticket policies and it says:

"the USGA, in it's sole discretion, may or may not honor a day's ticket for subsequent days or partially or fully refund a day's ticket if fewer than 4 cumulative hours of play are conducted during an affected day."

I think they ended up getting just over 4 hours in but not sure. Wasn't really timing it.

Yeah, I know. It's always bothered me. I do understand they get paid handsomely.

Brad Faxon does a nice job behind the mic. I like him.

I do not understand Fox's infatuation with Bryson Dechambeau.

Now we've cut the Fox coverage to go to local news. What the heck?

Did you know all of his clubs are the same length? That's really rare.

Technically, just his irons. They are all 7-iron length. So you have a sand wedge that's too long and a 4-iron that's too short. That means you must change the lofts to get a good distance gap. A wedge with a 7-iron shaft will need lots more loft than normal or it will go too far. A 4-iron with a 7-iron length shaft will need much less loft to get normal 4-iron distance. I suspect most of us would have a lot of trouble with height using that method.

BTW, this isn't new. It was tried 40 years ago.

I might be mistaken, but I think lopey was being facetious, since the Fox broadcasters keeps bringing it up - over and over and over . . .

Spieth behaves like such a brat. It is embarrassing.

Throwing clubs on the first nine on Thursday? Naughty, naughty. Jordan Alexander... sounds like you need to activate your under armour.

Maybe add a sports shrink to the team...

the guy is hard to watch because of his antics. If he was in my 4ball my regular pals would make so much fun of his ways that he would walk off for sure.

would be pretty hard to tease a guy consistently beating you by 20 shots a round ...

Point being: Ya think there could possibly be a better way to approach adversity? Absolutely love rooting for him and watching his brilliant play. But still teasing him about letting bad habits form. We already did this with Tiger. And I'm guessing few would enjoy playing many rounds with someone with this issue.

I'm just messing with you , just like I would if I was in your 4 ball , I don't know if there is a better way it seems to be working well for him...

Oh no doubt it works for him. But watching him yell "COME ON JORDAN" every time he hangs a seven iron pin high twenty feet to the right rather than knocking it to 2 inches gets real old, especially if they're covering him for 18 straight holes. Jeez man, just give it a little shrug and move on.

Thank you for subscribing to DeChambeau Facts!

Did you know that Bryson DeChambeau floats his golf balls in a salt water solution to find the ones with a true center of gravity so he can only play those balls in competition?

Thank you for subscribing to DeChambeau Facts!

Did you know that Bryson DeChambeau only wears his signature "Payne Stewart" style hat in competition? During practice rounds, DeChambeau can be seen wearing a more standard baseball style cap!

I hear his real name is

Bob Cobb.

I thought it was Todd Gack.

Holly looks terrible :(

You guys are quite picky..... She looks fine to me.

I think it's mostly the short & tight neon pink dress than anything else.

How does she even play golf with all that silicone shoved under her skin? She couldn't look more unnatural.

Did I just hear Joe Buck refer to Oakmont as "this ballpark"?

God, what an insufferable twit.

Let me tell you what's really crazy about it. They let him cover baseball and football too--and he's equally bad at those! The mind it boggles.

Totally. If it weren't for his old man, he'd be calling high school games. Still can't figure out how he has lasted this long...I literally know nobody that speaks well of him calling games.
