visually the nikes are super easy on the eyes. I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on the lcv but my last pair of nikes, the lunar control 4, weren't that amazing. comfortable but not enough support on the toe and look super beat up already even though I wipe them down regularly. I think I might have to go back to footjoy for my next pair

If you're on the fence about pulling the trigger on the LCVs, let me knock you off it. The LCVs are hands down the best golf shoe I've ever owned. They're incredibly comfortable. Without the spikes, I don't have the pressure points on my feet that I got with traditional golf shoes. I've had them since January and played probably 15 times and never once had an issue with comfort. Even straight out of the box they were great. My biggest concern, which was traction, is a complete non-issue. The integrated traction is arguably more aggressive than what traditional spikes offer. I've played in both wet, soggy conditions and dry, fast conditions and have NEVER had an issue with traction or slipping. If I could afford to own every colorway of these shoes I probably would (maybe not all, I'm not really into the bright colors, but you get the idea).

I'm assuming you have the all white one huh? Darn that stinks. I remember when i first wore the whites, i got the top section with some mud on it, its kind of like a sponge / clothe section. Could never get it totally white again after that. I also only used hot water and a brush. Never did use any chemical. Occasionally would use those sponges that whiten stuff, forgot what they were called. Haven't on these yet. I have the white, the grey, and the green pairs. I think white itself just won't look nice after usage.

Yup all whites, The magic eraser is the white sponge lol

love the performance of the shoe

I completely agree. I've worn my all whites about 12 rounds and the soft upper/tongue are basically tan. The rest of the shoe is still relatively clean and can be wiped off, but the other is pretty much trending towards brown. Love the shoe, but I'd stay away from the white colorway and go with something that has a darker area around the upper (unless you can afford to buy a new pair every 10 rounds).

All TM...except for the Jones Players Series Bag

They're on clearance. The one here in NC only had two pairs left. Might be able to find them online.

Same for me have lc4's DNA 2.0 hyperflex and a few other Nike golf shoes and not one is anywhere near as comfy as the vapors.

So when do you guys think we'll see the Blue LCV Colorway (mens) for US Open in stores or actual pictures? And I'm not talking about the teal / baby blue that's already out there but the one in the catalog that says 7/1 release date.

Patiently waiting for this release.... Feels like forever.

Nike is missing the boat! They didn't release the Masters and the US Open is this week!! They use to release Major shoes all the time.

I'm afraid my soles are starting to wear and I'll need a new pair mid-Summer. I've had them since December and wore them the most of any golf shoes I have. I loved the traction pattern before, but now it has my somewhat wishing they were replaceable.

Sucks to hear that. How many pairs do you have and do you rotate with these?

I've played with them since January, but I have a large selection to rotate. I've had at least 5 rounds with each of my LCV's. They seem great at the moment. I do believe they do get worn out easier when walking 18 vs riding, like any shoe.

My "rotation" is LCV, TW15 (2), and TW13 (2). But I find myself wearing the LCV 50% of the time and practice almost everyday.

Are you walking down cart paths the entire round? I play 3x a week in my LCV's and mine barely look worn.

I will probably just get another pair of LCV, because they are otherwise the best golf shoes I've ever tested. But it is still a little disappointing. My pairs of TW13 and TW15 got just as much wear in the first years I got them but are still going strong with the spikes replaced.

And that would be why they switched it up!

Same here, no issues with wear on mine. Play 3 or 4 times a week and walk each round.

i'm still surprised that no matter how often the shoe is used the upper doesn't wear out faster than the sole.

How are you guys keeping the cloth like parts of the shoe white? I have no problem keeping the leather portions looking new but the cloth parts are starting to become very dull looking.

I can't. I have the white and black pair and the cloth part is starting to get brownish you could say. Its pretty much a pain in the a** to clean. I have a grey and the green pair, which doesn't require much to clean the cloth portion. I wear those more often.

Been hard pondering these for the past few weeks, never really liked the LC3 or LC4's to be honest.

The Nike store is having an extra 20% off clearance and had the grey/crimson combo marked down under $100. Then with the coupon made them $80ish bucks shipped (sign up for the Nike+ for free shipping). Couldn't really pass them up, been looking for a non-spiked shoe for walking courses.

Don't forget ebates too. Get additional 10 percent off price after the 20% if it's not over yet.
