They do, no question. I started playing their gear a couple of years ago...I really like their customer service.

I'm the same. I love messing around with gear. I just found a new shaft for my Sub Zero. The Project X T1100 is really good so I think I'm going to give it a go.

I'll probably be playing outside in 2 weeks.....so at least i'll finally have the option of comparing playing to tinkering!

 

I'm ready to get this show on the road though, shot a personal best 66 in virtual golf this weekend. Take that Pelican Hill!!!! I think it's gonna be a good year

I have a great Callaway CS story. I recently cleaned my clubs including soap & water on the grips like I always do. I did it on my black leather putter grip too, not realizing it would dry it out and become very slick. I contacted Odyssey CS and explained the situation. They offered to send me a replacement grip no-charge. Not because of #TheWRX trip or anything, just because.

I have a great Callaway CS story. I recently cleaned my clubs including soap & water on the grips like I always do. I've always had great customer service, best in the business. I had an insert in an original Rossie II swell up. They sent me a brand new putter for mine which was around 3 years old at the time.. I was on a golf weekend with my buddies last weekend, and couldn't stop talking about the trip to Callaway.

 

I'm going to keep driving Tex crazy. I like to test shafts with different profiles. I'd like to try something with a little more kick. The D+ lowered my spin, which is what we were trying to do during my fitting, and dead freaking straight all day, but I want to tinker.

Finally got an outdoor round in Montreal with the new stuff yesterday. As one would expect, i blocked my first drive with the Epic about 30yds left and lost the ball into what i believe was a fjord.

 

But after that i basically murdered it the rest of the round.

 

I lowered the loft to 8 degrees, and i got my SS up to 108-109 with a lot of training the last 4 months. So i was really getting it out there. Such a legit driver....

I have to say that my favorite thing I got is my wedges. My short game has improved a good amount since putting the MD forged wedges in the bag. Given me a ton of confidence from 120 and in.

They are really good! I just wish they were available in a raw finish. I fight glare with the satin at times, and raw is so much cooler.

Yeah, raw is the only way to go! Doesn't the MD's come in black that rust? Everyone should release raw wedges.

Nick gave me his business card and told me to email him if they didn't work and we'd adjust. I love the 50 and the 60 but the 54 was coming out too low and hot on chips so I emailed him asking if I could trade it out for a 56 and it showed up today. We also had some swingweight issues with my irons and wedges being +1" and it looks like he might have ground a little more weight off the heel for me to get closer to what I want but I'm not positive. It might be hard to tell from the pictures but you can see how close the heel relief gets to the last blue dot in the last picture and the retail wedges don't have that much relief to them.

Yes. You can also remove the finish quicker with CLR to expedite the rust

I've CLR'd all my slate forged wedges. And they are great. Rust up nice if left alone and come back to a nice raw look with 5 mins of love.

I think i actually prefer the MD3 milled lob wedge they gave us over the MD forged. A bit more versatile out of the sand and as mentioned i just like that it gets it up higher on short chips. Easier when i'm short sided. The MD Forged was a bit clunky in the sand i found, the MD3 goes through really smooth. It's just a personal thing maybe

 

I'm gonna need to get used to chrome irons man.....they are blinding. It was sunny today and a few times i took them out of the bag then had to turn my head away

 

Last time i used this exact setup on a sunny day.....Torrey Pines ....And now i'm depressed
