Says on the news they pushed back tee times by 3 hours. Yeah Ol' Kenny duke is in excellent form. Watched him a bit, he has an awesome sense of humour. There were like 6 people behind him we weren't saying anything or even making the slightest noise and he goes "quiet please!" . Haha I love when guys on tour joke with the patrons.

We left when the horns sounded at 7:55 pm ish. Patrick Reed had to mark his ball in Pine straw after the horn. Furyk and Scott putted theirs. DJ looked pissed all day that Reed, Furyk, and Scott were taking so long. Poor adam kept getting water balls :(.

The poor volunteers looked like they were going to have to wait hours to load all their shuttles.

We heard a bit of complaining from the volunteers that Wells Fargo only gave them enough meal vouchers for 1 meal from 6am till 8pm... You do the math . Does a 65 year old man need more than one meal in the hot sun? Anyways. Yes they do.

Also the meal vouchers are in $2 increments , and so if you get $5 fries the concessions have to take 3 vouchers. And they cannot give change.

All and all a good tourney and the scoring is low so far!

Not true. Volunteers are given $24 of vouchers for food along with a free bottle of water.

This is what volunteers told me directly. Enough to buy one meal. Just passing it along. And they said the vouchers are in $2 increments and only good that Day of the tourney. And they didn't get relief enough to go grab food but once in the day. Maybe it was just general tiredness. Overall they sounded like they had a good time .

And just as an observation $24 if this is accurate, it would buy you at most 1000 calories. I bought food 5 days in a row and spent around $40-$60 for 2 .

I have volunteered the last three Wells Fargo's at Quail Hollow but chose not to go to Wilmington.

Yes, vouchers are in $2 increments but $24 gives you plenty to eat two meals IF you drink water.

Presumably, they have an Ambassador Alley in Wilmington too which allows you to load up on snacks - muffins, bananas, chips, crackers etc.

Well im in wilmington at this tournament in wilmington. They could give them less here. From the complaints i heard I think they only got $12. Because the guys were saying they could only get 1 meal with it. I just wish they'd feed them and not demand 12 hours from them with no food.

2 fish tacos and like 8 tortilla chips was $11
