Because when he was missing every fairway, his putter saved him and kept him in. Now it’s the opposite. If he gets both going at the same time...he’ll definitely bag a win this year.

It's a brand called Undefeated. Their logo is the 5 tally marks on the side of the hat. It's a clothing brand you can find at Urban Outfitters at your local mall. Mostly urban teenagers and early 20's wear it.

 

Duff's apparel (hat mostly) choices have been all over the place since he became a FA

Whew. Had to lay up out of the fairway bunker to 111 yards, hit his 3rd to 19 feet, then finally made a putt to save par. Course owed him that one.

Most of his birdie putts today have been in the 20 foot range. He just made a 20 footer for par. That's huge.

I was thinking the same thing. He has missed about 5 birdies by a total of 3 inches. I have had rounds like this....

Tiger has one bad swing with the driver, and I point out the obvious fact that his lesser clubs have produced better results and I’m somehow an “armchair quarterback”??? From ONE comment in a 23 page thread?!

Yikes, Peter Kostis just said only about 75 people are following the last group on the course. That's actually good for those guys. Easier to play in front of small crowd. But just more evidence of Tiger's impact on the game.

You questioned Rory going 3 wood on 18 yesterday too when he hit water, suggesting he lay up short-left with a lesser club and play a fade into that green. There's a reason these guys are pros and you're not. Did you not see the right-to-left break on that green and Rors was trying to play the right side to curl it down to the hole? And most everyone else was favoring the right side of that green throughout the day too? It didn't work out like he planned but that's risk-reward professional golf.

Yah, they panned out and you could see just a few scattered around the green of List and Lovemark. As much as he says it feels "good for the two of them" it's also gotta feel kinda crappy. I don't think you get that extra energy when you feel your playing on court 10 at Wimbledon when you are suppose to be on Center Court with your current stats.
