There's no one here crucifying Gho5t because he's related to a scumbag. He's being crucified for how he's conducted himself through this whole mess. If you've read through this whole thread and have seen how he's acted since he entered it, it is questionable at best to defend him. He lied and deceived to enable/ protect his scamming brother. But go ahead and tell everyone he's not a bad guy, just misunderstood and everyone else is wrong for not appreciating being lied to and treated and talked to like fools. Especially the OP, whose only crime in all this was a bad decision in his payment method, and Gho5t tried to assassinate his character and accuse him of being the one that was trying to pull some scam. Today is the first public acknowledgment Gho5t has made in this whole caper that there was even a possibility that his brother did anything wrong.

So just to point out that his story of being confused about which person to send the driver to is obviously total crap.

 

It's not like they sold at the same time. There was a more than 1 month difference in the sale time.

So first off I’ll start by apologizing....second if u can address the thread u started .... so I got message from people on my eBay calling me out so I figure I’ll address my story.... listing was on eBay and golfwrx on way or another you and another person purchased the head ..... which is why I stated I shipped it but couldn’t find any tracking receipt cause it turned out I grabbed the other persons info from PayPal and shipped to them..... looks like I was in the wrong and you’ll be receiving your 80$ today

-why your brother created a separate ID on March 28, 2018 and on April 8 taunted the OP about sending F&F

-why he stated on March 8 and 9 that he would ship it the next day

-why on April 7 he claims it shipped and was in possession of OP

-but the Ebay listing in which it was sold ended on March 30, long after it was claimed to be possession of the OP

And there was no mistake, no misunderstanding. He received payment in February (OP) AND at the end of March (eBay) for the same driver. He taunted the OP with a secondary WRX account. Your brother is a theif, but there was too much potential downside to risk over $80, so the OP got his money back.

In all fairness, it does involve a direct relative of his. If it were my brother, I'd be keeping tabs. At the end of the day, the OP was made whole. The offending user has been banned, and I think Gh05t ended up on a lot of block lists. All in all, it's been a pretty good thread.
