Ordered Driver, 3W and Hybrid yesterday, already in process.

Did you previously test the driver at all on Trackman and if so which model? Just wondering if X model is truly a spin killer as the prominent golf website review indicates.

What are the stock shaft offerings? I looked on the PXG website and didn't find any info there.

The "X" alignment should have been the darkness skull in my opinion. The pricing on this seems make it a no brainer as PXG offers real deal shafts. Is that still the case?
HZRDUS yellow handcrafted and evenflow are stock, Also Tensei and aldila nv2k. Tensei CK Pro, fubuki V and a few others are available with an upcharge.

Honsetly, I feel this could become one of the most impressive drivers of 2019. They got the price down to a reasonable level and if the GC claims are true, this thing could be pretty special.

It’s funny when $575 is “reasonable” pricing for a driver. Hahaha

Yes, it’s much lower than I would have guessed for pxg. And all the other manufacturers came in higher than I would have thought. But I still think all these 2019 driver releases are stupid overpriced. When will $1000 drivers be the norm?

I agree with you, but if you consider the shaft options 575 with handcrafted PX yellow or the new evenflow white is probably cheaper than the other 2019 drivers. Plus, I think it looks a lot better than callaway's and tm's new models.

EDIT: Just saw in the MGS video that the upcharge for the Tensei PO is 125$. So with that shaft, the driver is the same price as a Cobra F9 (450 base + 250 upcharge) and probably cheaper than the M5/6 and Epic Flash.

I need to see these in person. And hit them. They sound perfect to me but will have to see. Seem to check all my boxes....great sound, visually look great in the pics, and ultra low spin with, with greater adjustability with the now heavier screws, also forgiveness looks to be similar to a ping LS. I will be booking a demo very soon.

If this is true about the $125 PO upcharge, wow!!!

Just spoke to a guy that has one. He is using the same loft he used in the prior generation with a slightly softer/ different shaft profile. Same Flex. He’s getting lower spin, ideal launch and said they nailed the way the club looks at address. He said the old one looked square to closed to him said this one sits square to open.. or it looks that way. Can’t wait.

Did he say anything about the sound? From what I've understood it is supposed to be muted due to the Elastomer inside the head.

SpyGolf says it is more muted than the M5. Like that is sits up better at address as that was one of my dislikes about the 0811X GEN1. Not especially fond of the light gray color based upon the pics outside. Continental Golf?

I am going to get a new driver this winter and would love to put PXG in the mix, but I am not going to spend an additional fitting fee to give it a go. The fitter I am planning on using has all the other big name brands to try. You almost have to work to get fitted into a PXG club due to the small amount of fitters that carry their clubs.

Do you have a club champion in your area? They would carry PXG along with everything else.

I booked a fitting for the 0811x and fairways etc and at least I will have my G400 LST to get a baseline. I think the epic flash is out just on sound alone. M5 didn't seem to do much over previous, but I want to try the m5 tour. The TS3 was great, it wasnt loud, but did have a higher pitch, I really liked the alignment of the TS3, so I may circle back to that. I may try the f9 cobra if I can find one, but yeah at least we will get more info in a couple weeks after my fitting...I hope the gen2 0811x is the ticket...
