Ugh that's exactly what odds are not. People bring them up because it shows who is considered a front-runner and who isn't. Who sharp money aka experts favor and who they don't.

Man... Tiger's missed a ton of short, easy putts.... he could've ran away with this if it weren't for that. His ability to be disciplined when taking chances (or not) and consistently miss in the right spots is amazing to watch.

 

If they set up the course to protect par over the weekend, I think he wins it.

Justin Thomas seems to me to be the guy who can catch up to the leaders. His crux seems to be the 4-8 foot putt much like Tiger this week. I don’t think the Bryson pairing is to his advantage. With that being said I’m all in on Tiger.

I can beat that. Some jack wagon went to a 8 month old post last week and flagged it to report abuse. It was a post in the club making forums , was 2 sentences on a true temper shaft where I said “ I’d love for TT to chime in and give us an answer” .... not directed at anyone individual.

 

Side note. How many “points “ you guys and gals racking up ? And wonder where we redeem them ? It lists it in the notifications page.

Completely stacked tournament, pulling for Tiger but there's so many who can take it. Wish the greens were faster though. Maybe best 1st two days I've seen in 30 years watching.

It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either...he hit a lot of good shots...he missed some short putts but also made some long ones..

I just checked - I have 280 points, an abuse score of 5 and 120 likes and 2 disagree points.

I've worked a bunch of tournaments. Volunteers are instructed to wear spikeless or athletic shoes only.

That knee slide and TW foot position horrifies me. There was no need to sprint like he did, have you not seen footage of the tour champ with Tiger in huge crowds, its not a crime scene just yet dude. Im honestly quite upset with the guy, innocent mistake or not. If he hurt the golf messiah with this useless slide, man oh man the consequences would be severe. Hopefully hes been given the weekend off to 'recover'. Maybe do some tai chi or balance exercises too.

Some interesting comments from Tiger... he said he hit his lines on the missed putts and that he could live with the misses.

 

Also interesting that he mentioned how experience is really helping him... mentioned how he, Langer, and Mickelson have an advantage because of their experience.

Blade I admit to looking at your profile dealio a few days ago and seeing your 'abuse' thing and so had a laugh. lol..

 

This Masters sucks for me since I have not and probably will not see a single shot in real time. Too busy. Hope everyone is enjoying the tourney though. Leaderboard looks like a well attended food fight.
