Cameron Champ lost his mojo

I dont think people realize how hard it is to put 2 great rounds, 1 good, and one avg round together to win a tournament and then try to do that multiple times a year, as a rookie, while dealing with an injury and everyone staring at you.

To put in normal terms, leys say your an 18 handicap, 81 would be a great round. So tell me next time you shoot 81, 90, 83, 85; in a four stretch. Sounds pretty tough right, thats how hard it is to win out there.

“Woods never was the best driver of the golf ball”.

You clearly didn’t watch golf or view statistics during the turn of the century. He was the best driver on tour and it wasn’t even close.

I’m so confused how people make these statements of supposed fact that are in no way based in reality. If you aren’t sure of something, don’t state your opinion as fact.

Tiger Woods was one of the longest driver of the golf ball, accuracy was never a strong suit. That fact, not opinion.

When Woods was coached by Butch Harmon, and consistently hitting 65-70% of the fairways, he owned Bay Hill, hoisting the trophy four straight times from 2000 to 2003. But in March of 2004, he began tweaking his swing with his new coach, Hank Haney, who espoused a flatter action that created an unintended byproduct — impaired driving. That year he went under the 60% mark, to 56.1% of fairways hit, 182nd out of 196 players on tour. Not surprisingly, he didn't win Bay Hill in 2004, and he hasn't since. The low point came on Sunday last year, when Woods chipped out of the rough on 18 only to hit his third in the water on the way to a triple-bogey 7. He signed for a 76 (and a tie for 22nd place) and left the course without comment.

I watched Plenty of golf in the 2000's....

Tiger has won at Bay Hill 4 times since 2004. You are proving my point that you are making up facts that are completely false.

By the way, finishing 2nd in driving distance while hitting about 65% of fairways is EXTREMELY accurate.

Then you would have seen tiger win bay hill in 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013

LOL! Woods finished 5th @ Bay Bay Hill last year shooting a final round 69. Appears you do not watch much golf at all.

BTW your post above is a cut/paste job from and old article (2008).

I've never said a word about TW driving issues and don't care what Harmon had to say on it. I and others simply pointed out that you posted bad information about Tiger never winning Bay Hill after 2004 and TW shooting 76 at Bay Hill last year in the final round. You copied/pasted an 11 year old article and tried to pass it off as your own words in this thread. That much is factual.

**The low point came on Sunday last year, when Woods chipped out of the rough on 18 only to hit his third in the water on the way to a triple-bogey 7. He signed for a 76 (and a tie for 22nd place) and left the course without comment.**

I and others simply pointed out that you posted bad information about Tiger never winning Bay Hill after 2004 and TW shooting 76 at Bay Hill last year in the final round. You copied/pasted an 11 year old article and tried to pass it off as your own words in this thread. That much is factual.

Wait a second... you think he’s trolling you?!

No trolling. It appears you do not understand the definition of trolling. Everything I have posted directly to you in this thread is fact. Unlike your original "posts" to others. SOP is if you quote others work you provide a link back to those comments. You posted them as yours. Therefore people replied correctly to you and you have been owned.

Seems like a feast or famine guy! Either going great or going terrible and the terrible is much more common.

Correct.
