Well, there is only one way to say it correctly and somehow that is elusive... o:)

Seriously, this major has grown on me over the years. The set up is fair enough that all types of players can score well. I hope that Inbee wins this to end all the argument about career grand slam controversy.

It's going to be a fun finish. As we've seen, the course can play tough. There's no guarantee the leaders shoot four or five under. 'Poor Mi Hyang couldn't buy a putt today.

Yealimi Noh turned 18 Friday, she is the youngest player in the field.

She needs -7 tomorrow to earn her first top 20 in a major.

Can she do it? She shot -1 today with 6 birdies.

Is she a quick leaner? We'll find out!

Inbee winning would be great. She's let a few opportunities slip through the cracks recently, and this would be a great one to actually get it done. Unfortunately, Saturday's round wasn't wasn't the best and she's in a tough spot now.

There's also an outside chance at In Gee's scoring record being tied. Not likely but it's on the radar if both HJK and SHP are hot and start pushing each other.

Hyo Joo Kim held off Karrie Webb by one stroke to win 2014 Evian; both shot -3 on Sunday.

Same scenario could play out tomorrow.

Similar to this year, Karrie was the lone non-Korean among the top 5.

You got this one Argonne. Unless she pulls a Carlota...

If indeed this does happen, bad weather that is, you all can go ahead and rule out SHP. She can't play unless it is nice out. If it is rainy or windy, or anything of the like, she's done.

The Instagram post was a little sad, it gives the impression that she's a very mentally weak competitor.

There has been more than two inches of rain which has lead to a delay. The conditions are supposed to improve as the day progresses.

The course looks in worse condition than some of the 9 hole munis in my area - bare patches in the fairways, splotchy greens. Every year it seems to be sopping wet. Aside from the views, what makes this course worthy of a major?

Exactly what I was thinking. This course looks like crap.

Kupcho will look back on this as the round that might have been. Great lines on a lot of putts. That short miss on 9 hurt. SHP hanging in there despite not being particularly sharp.

Yeah, but it's kinda like patchy yucky looking Roquefort cheese, you're talking France so it must be special supposedly. Probably in comparison they look at places like Augusta and say 'Augusta, non! too nice, too smoothe', to which someone reminds them 'oui, but it is like the wonderful American smooth Kraft plastique cheese'... so there's that

Its not like the chasers don't want it, but a lot of them are playing like it. Not taking advantage of opportunities. Course is playing tough but players are getting some looks.

> The story as I see it is not so much the Koreans playing well. They've been consistently doing that for a while now. The Americans on the other hand, seem to be sucking worse than I can remember. They had 9 wins last year, and only three so far in 2019. The Solheim Cup points standings are kind of a depressing sight. Besides Lexi, who are the top American golfers in the world? Seems to be a tie between Danielle Kang and the Kordas, all really excellent players with great potential, yet none of which seem particularly interested in separating from the pack. And then after them, the dropoff gets even more precipitous. Brittany Altomare is solidly in the top ten American golfers, but she is literally invisible to the public. There is a real dead feeling to American women's golf right now. The future looks just as bleak. Maybe time to break up the band and go their separate ways, or a hiatus at least.

Jennifer Kupcho is a living proof that "the death of American's women's golf is greatly exaggerated".

More to come!
