I don't know the specific process, I just remember someone posting the link a little while back. 

 

I'm sure you could use the tool to build the bag you want, and then send the specs to Ping. However, I'm almost certain the "minimum order" rule (at least 3 bags) is still a thing. Also, I want to say I remember someone else posting fairly recently that Ping had halted taking custom orders or the lead time on the orders was outrageous.

I think you need a PING rep to send it in.  I had reached out to Morton's Golf a few months ago and they weren't taking custom bag orders at the time due to the long lead time.

It looks like the prior generation (2019 I think?) Hoofer Lite.

 

I'm assuming Ping might have had those available for custom order so you could get the pockets customized/embroidered with your logo. My guess is they would have been marketed to high school or low level college golf teams.

Just a standard, run of the mill Hoofer Lite with some weird variation of the Ping Man logo sewn onto the ball pocket.

I've had em all...Titleist, Mizuno, SM, Ping and Zip Navigator buggy...but in the end I always come back to this gem.  Original Ping bag...no dividers, no water bottle storage, no frills...just 2.? lbs of lightweight comfort.  I did add SM EZ double straps which is better than the single strap.

Best way is to order a replacement panel with the Mr. PING.  That way you don't have to wait for shipping both ways and the labor time.  Any PING account can order it for you.

I called PGA TOUR Superstore and they said they can’t order parts for a bag and that I would have to go direct through PING 🤔

Did you end up keeping it? I came across this colorway in the Moonlite on clearance at my local EW and jumped on it for a range / half set bag.

Legit, but they don't ship outside of Canada.  There's some cool ones in Japan as well, but they come to like $375 shipped.

Surprised there isn't more of a market for the customized ones that you have to order multiple of.  Agree on the boring ones at Golfdirectnow.  Where are the ones in Japan listed?
