No worse than any other stand bag. I use larger grips, MCC Plus4 Midsize and two extra wraps, so I have a little tangle with any bag. It’s not to the point where it’s an issue for me though. To be fair, club tangle isn’t anything that I really concern myself with though.

How do you like it vs the carbon. I just picked up the carbon and love how light it is but the lack of a good way to hold my range finder is driving me nuts. Pockets also seem smaller than they look when actually using them. For me weight is important so trying to determine if it's worth the extra pound.

I like the Carbon better. I don’t carry a lot of gear so the pocket sizes of the Carbon didn’t bother me. I hung my range finder off the towel ring on the Carbon. I think the top and divider sizes were nearly identical but it’s been a while since I used the Carbon so I can’t be sure about that. I actually moved from the Players 4 to a Hoofer Lite. Players 4 just seems to be stuck in no mans land. Not a super light carry bag, but not a lot of storage/room either. Hope this helps.

Any chance you have tried it on a cligear 3.5?  I am curious if it fits well.

It works well on mine.  I also love that it's as light as a carry bag but has plenty of room on the top cuff and clubs come in and out easier.

Just picked up a navy ‘21 Players 4. Haven’t gotten out on the course with it yet, but one slight annoyance I’m finding is that the apparel pocket is getting caught in the leg when I pick up the bag and the stand retracts. I’ll try to post a photo tomorrow- I had something similar happen with a Sun Mountain 3.5ls I had a few years ago. 
 

Anyone else notice this?

Same thing happened to me. Just like my old SM 3.5. If you can live with the pocket getting caught in the leg I think the 3.5 is a far better bag assuming you don’t mind the looks of a SM. It drove me crazy with both bags so I switched to a Hoofer Lite.

I just got the players 4 stadry in black, but I haven't noticed the apparel pocket getting caught on the legs.  Different material maybe?  Loving mine so far.

It's a putter tube that I added.  That's so I can adjust the height so my putter cover doesn't get messed up sitting so far down in the bag.

Sorry for the confusion, I was meaning the stock photos from the Titlist website. It shows some kind of added loop within the top cuff where you currently have your putter tube.

Yes, it's the 2021.  I just checked and it does not have the loop inside the top cuff.  Not sure there.

Any differences between 2021 and 2020 Carbon bags (other than colorways)?

I am seriously debating between a Hybrid 5 or Hoofer at the moment.  Currently have an older Ogio Vaporlite with an 8way top.  I think because I am used to having so many dividers I am more drawn to having 5 vs 4.  My primary use would be to use it for the range or if I am travelling as I do also have a cart bag I float between.  I am worried about the tangle issue but I don't have a problem with standing the bag vertical to put the clubs in.  The profile of the Hybrid 5 seems a bit wider than the Hoofer but if anyone has additional insight I am eager to hear!

You ever make a decision?  I’m in the same situation, but more riding a cart than walking.  I enjoy walking, just usually don’t have the time.
