Actually braces are with buttons(top pic), as I've been wearin em for 36+ years, and suspenders are with snaps, and for jerk-offs, no offense intended👌🏼

 

No one with a modicum of satorial sense would EVER wear a pair of suspenders in public, especially with suit/sports jacket, lol🥴. GrandPaps with farmer jeans are given a pass, lol😜

 

Thats the extent of my comment regarding ole Sandy's dress...

 

Regarding his Play, he could Play his *ss off🏌🏻🤙!!

I remember Seve saying that out of the top 5 European players (Seve, Faldo, Langer, Woosnam and Lyle), Lyle had the most talent by far with Seve second.

yes indeed  - Sandy was so naturally talented and perhaps the greatest 1 iron player of all time.  I think Seve said something like "if we all play our best, Sandy wins".

I was playing with friend the other day and he remarked "dude, how come your shirt never comes untucked? Mine does on every swing." Dunno, It just doesn't no matter how hard I swing.

The point is people have different physiologies and if his shirt coming out has been driving him nuts for years he has every right to use an age old solutions that works.

However, as Henry Fonda said you, you can't go with belt AND braces. "How can you trust a man who can't trust his own pants?"
