Favorite Ventus shaft & driver head combo

Those of you drinking the Ventus Kool-Aid, what driver (or fairway) head combo have you found to work the best for you? I have a Ventus blue 6X on the way for my tsi3 and am just curious to hear about all the other combos that people are playing.

That sounds like a good combo.

 

Personally I prefer the ventus black because it has a more stable/consistant profile versus the blue where about 9 or 10" from the tip it gets very soft.

Look at my sig.  Game both Ventus Black and Blue.  So stable, great feel and the shaft doesn't look too flashy which is also a plus.  Velocore is very real and my accuracy has gotten better.  Maybe it's placebo, but when a ton of members here have said the same thing, it could be a real thing.

blue 6x in a G400LST 8.5* 0.75 flat @ 45.5" swinging 115+

 

so smooth and stable - it just loves to be wound up and fully loaded, but doesn't get all wonky when I get quick and don't finish my turn

 

currently looking for a blue 7x for my G400 3W if anyone has one

Ventus Blue 6x with Ping G410 (G425 ordered but still waiting). I swing 108-110 and never feel out of control even though the blue definitely has some feel to it. The 7x, which I have in my 3 wood, feels noticeably stiffer. Anyway, I love them both. 

 

My favorite of all Ventus shafts is the 9x HB that I have in my 2 iron and 4 iron. That shaft fits me like a glove.

6x blue in a sim

 

Tried 7x blue in a 17m2 fairway and didn't like it. Kept the 757 speeder evo2 in play.

I bought sight unseen, "2" Ventus Velocore Red shafts, a 5 Series 59g "S" and 7 Series 71g "S" in late Jan 2020, based on my lengthy experience playing Fujikura Fuel Tour Spec 60 "S" in Titleist TS2, 9.5.  It's THE best driver I have owned since taking up the game.

Ventus Black 6X in a SIM2 was good. Ventus Black 6X in a Epic Speed Triple Diamond is the best combo that I've ever tested

Been tinkering with driver shafts just because its the thing to do but played both Blue 6X and Black 6X and feel like I could probably play them in any head on the market and it'd perform. Blue 8X in the fairway same story. So solid.

I have a 6s black in g410 lst driver, and it’s a piercing shot that can cut through even windy Texas days. 
 

I have a blue 6s in a Sub70 pro fairway and it’s basically a bullet on pure shots. I’ve accidentally hit it way further than I anticipated when I make pure contact.

Rocking the blue Ventus 6x in my TSi3 and its been dynamite.  Just threw a red Ventus 7x in my Cobra F9 3W.  High consistency and trending down scores.   Tempted to try the black but I can only get so many golf boxes delivered before my wife leaves me....

I have a black 6x in the OG SIM and its the longest driver i have ever hit.

Love my TSi3 with Ventus Black 6X.   Most consistent driver I have ever hit.

Black 6x in a tour issue M4 head and it is great! 
 

waiting on my warranty replacement Sim2, the shaft will go in there next! Hoping for similar results with better sound and feel!

TSi3 driver with Ventus Black 6S, TSi3 3 wood with Ventus Red 7S, TSi2 5 wood Ventus Blue 7S, and finally TS2 Hybrid Ventus Blue 8S. It wasn’t even close when I tested... each setup gave as good or better ball speed and carry but better dispersion.  I think it’s safe to say it’s honeymoon still but I just felt like I would make a good swing. That being said the Ventus combos that didn’t work were bad, felt like I was fighting club.

This. I was surprised I ended up with blue in my 5 wood but off the deck I liked the help the kick gave me. Offs tee for my 3 wood the red was a cannon. Nothing could touch the black in any head I tried in driver... almost the perfect combo of both the red and blue. To me.
