Was week in Rome, biggest disappointment was not getting to Trastevere but…we ate good for sure ; )

 

Haven’t been there, looks great. We been goin “Lupa”, Batali’s place on Thompson for years when we eat Italian downtown. Was there late last year. Got veal and gnocchi and octopus too 😃

Well I hope you are right.

 

As of now the US players have so much depth and most European established players having really played well besides Rahm and Hovland.

 

Europe haven't lost in Europe since 1993, let see can continue for 30 plus years.

Be safe in the knowledge it cant get any worse from the last one, and we are at "home", so no doubt fairways will be about 20 yards wide, rough 6 inches thick and slow greens, who knows yet if that will make a difference

Luke Donald seldom plays in Europe these days, so I doubt he was ever really in the running.

Haha, Rory can’t go toe to toe with himself and hasn’t been too good in the Ryder Cup, Rose has a long way to go just to be the player he was, assuming he can get back, and Sergio may be carried by Rahm but will be well into the sunset by then. Fitzpatrick? Sound the death knell!

Only things I don’t like are…hard boiled eggs, soft shell crabs (but I like regular ones and stone crabs) , and too much cilantro.

The best was in Greece. They have little restaurants right on the water. Got octopus they just caught hanging up. Cut off a nice leg and grill it for you right there! 😃

 

Also, the got these big like metal filing cabinets. They open a drawer and it’s packed with ice and fish they just brought in off the boat.

Never played it, it was a dull course before the restiling, now apparently the design is good, will look like a regular PGA Tour course that can be anywhere in the world, kinda like Gleneagles Centenary. Hopefully it will be a stadium course so views will be as nice as in Paris.
