Most comfortable golf shoes?

The struggle is real.  I need a wide shoe, but I also prefer to not wear socks due to nerve issues, so it can’t be rigid or cause blisters.  If I ever find I will probably buy multiples of every color they have.  As a side note I may look into the Cuatar that John Rahm wears since he has foot issues.

A good one for a wider foot is the True Linkswear “OG Feel” (or even the waaaayback original ones if you can find them).

As a true shoe junkie, I have tried them all practically. I walk many courses so shoe comfort is critical.  I lean towards more of a lightweight shoe.  Companies change their shoe models so frequently that it’s hard to lock in on one since by the time I can recommend it, the model is gone forever or changed enough where the fit changes. With that said, some good ones are: True Linkswear OG Feel (very comfortable), True Linkswear Lux Pro, Adidas Adicross (2nd & 3rd Gen),  Adidas Codechaos (sneaker style with more structure), Ecco’s (many good ones; fit varies by model so they should be tried on and are pricey even on sale).

Payntr 002X. I rotate 3 pairs of shoes currently and these are by far the most comfortable pair I own. If I’m walking 18, these are definitely the ones I’m wearing. Soft leather and unbelievable stability. I don’t even take them off after the round, they’re more comfortable than any pair of street shoes I own as well.

Codechaos 21 have been the best for me I’ve found. 6-4 225, minimal arch and the support is perfect. They remind me of low football cleats in support, which I like. I’m a big boost guy so I’m not surprised that walking is also great in them.

They are my first spikeless and I will slip occasionally but I’m not sure it’s any worse than any spiked shoes I’ve had. The only drawback is they looked dingy pretty quick and I sprayed them with scotch guard and clean regularly.

I have about a half dozen rounds in my new Ecco H4s and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Of any kind.

On my hunt for new shoes I tried on the Asics, and they are really comfortable as well. At least in the store. Too casual for my taste though.

Lol this sounds like me. I find the best ever shoe and then proceed to keep looking.

These. I have a lot of golf shoes and these are the most comfortable out of the box I’ve ever had. When I tried them on I had a pair of On Cloud running shoes (which are very comfortable) and these felt better then them. One round in them so far and I didn’t want to take them off after the round. No issues with grip either.

I want to throw this out there because it could catch people by surprise, but don't count out the New Balance Strike V3 shoes. They are made to stay at a low price (<$125), but they are extremely comfortable. I've found that all shoe products have been very inconsistent in their sizing lately, due to the supply chain shortages and companies having to have different factories make their shoes. So make sure to try on every pair on both feel before you buy them. But I'm a big New Balance fan!

Have these released yet?  The Fresh Foam X is really nice on the 1080v12, but the stack height of the midsole is considerably thinner.  I want to try these out, but can't find them anywhere.

Looking for the same.  I'm 300lbs and should probably wear a 13 Wide.  I've been in regular 13s the past few years, and don't walk a full 18 much, using carts all the time.  But, just went to Bandon and walked 36 a day, and realized my shoes do NOT fit me.  So I'm checking out the Adidas ZG21s.  Looks like Tour Alpha maybe I need to checkout too.  I had a couple of pairs of the Code Chaos 20/21, and they were super comfy, but the heel wore out after only about 10 rounds.  I'm guessing because they didn't fit properly either.

Yes, I'm going to actually go to the store and get measured.  Just curious what's good for a wide foot and a heavy guy.

For me - Johnston and Murphy XC4 H1-LUXE HYBRID....the ones with the "sock" liner.

An odd ball in golf - but I have to say these are the best combination of fit, performance and longevity (up to about 40 walking rounds so far) that I've ever experienced with a golf shoe.  Worth the price.  Will get more.

Sketchers gogolf elite tour sl.

Used to be elite v3, but they changed the name so they could raise the price...  Anyway, I'm 6'0, 260 lbs and wear a size 9.5 wide.  I walk 18 about 100 times a season and these shoes last me about a season.  If you figure 5 to 6 miles for the walk, then they last longer than a good pair of running shoes.  I will say the water proofing doesn't quite last that long though and they are hard to keep clean.

I just bought a pair of the arch fits, we'll see how they do.
