Out in Japan already. There have been quite a few Truss releases that have not released outside of Japan, so I doubt we see this one over here.

I hadn't thought about the Truss in forever until I saw Saki Baba win the women's amateur with one.

 

My wild unsupported guess is that the Truss style is popular enough to sell in Japan and doesn't sell here.

The original Truss died a quick and painful death in the UK. And this version is even uglier.

 It looks like a center shafted mallet.  It is a bit unorthodox, but I could play with it if I used something center shafted.

Their is zero percent chance that little bitty amount of "truss" is helping anything in the putt. The first versions i said maybe just maybe but it looked so wierd. This.... no way thats helping anything.

Most likely super limited like the center shaft Spider X was. They bring a few of the Japan models over to satisfy the weirdos.

That’s when you take two things that are ugly and bad and hope it makes something good, kind of like how two negatives multiply into a positive…or something. But yea that putter is gross.
