PXG 0317 CB Irons

The  new 0317 ST's were released on Sept. 22, 2022. It's probably a pretty good guess that PXG will target a release date around a similar 3Q timeframe, based on the Gen 4, Gen 5, and Gen 6 release dates being March/April (or about 12 months apart). PXG will need to have somethings in the queue for later in the year to keep the "troops" energized. I'm Hoping I'm wrong, as I play a combo set of 0311 T's and P's, and a delayed availability until Fall will delay my interest in acquiring a new set until 2024. Our season begins ending in October here in the Rocky Mountain West.

Aw I was hoping for summer. Waiting to get fit for new irons until the test of the 0317 line is released.

While at the local store today, I looked at 3&4 iron CB they have on display with the 0317 ST set. It has a thicker top line almost the same size as the Gen5 P, but a smaller sole than like the 0317 ST. The T model will fit in between the ST and CB much like a muscle back design.

Curious about how the CB will be branded and logoed.

 

I’d just buy the ST set just now then add the CB 5 and 6 iron later, but I don’t know if the different graphics on the hosel would bother me, and I’d probably also rather have all of the clubs assembled at the same time too.

Is this what they’ve told you? So is the T just the normal T? A goo-filled Tour iron? Same style as other Gen 6?

 

If the rumours about the 0317 woods are true, I fear they’re going to complicate the range. It’s as if they’re making 0317 their ‘TP’ type range but fitting it around and between the 0311 stuff.

That what it appears...the 0317 will be the "TP" or tour models.

The 0311 line becomes the Elite Players/GI line.

I am curious to find out how the T model changes.

No idea what the final look of the T will be, pretty sure conforming with whatever looks direction they take the 0317 line, but I have been told it will include the magic goo and the 0317 line will consist of a blade, muscle back and cavity back i.e. ST, T and CB.

Man, I smell a combo set coming…. I sure hope they make them look clean unlike the Gen 6 line🙏

Hopefully soon. Would like to go try out GEN6, but would be great to be able to hit them and whatever they come out with for the 0317 line.

Just waiting to see something leaked on the 0317T (or whatever it ends up being.) Would love for it to be a hollow foam fill to mix in with the CB for a combo set.

These look and feel good. design is same as the 0317ST 3 & 4, only change is the CB on hosel.

 

I believe they are going to sell a lot of these models.

Did they incorporate the “goo” in this set?

They look great, excited to see the T as well. Will definitely be getting fit over summer.
