For the 2nd one, I use the strap under my knee instead of my hands. While pulling the strap back, I use my elbow to press out on the knee of the leg that’s crossed. Sounds goofy, but it stretches the hip joint at the same time as the back and it combined 2 stretches into 1, saving some time. The only thing not shown is laying on the back, knees up, and pressing a large inflatable balance ball with my arms into my knees. Might be a little difficult to envision. It engages the core and is similar to planking, but laying on your back instead of propped up on your elbows. I’ve also had surgery on both shoulders and planks hurt my shoulders so that was my workaround.

Stretching is so key. I’m finding it to be one of the most satisfying things to do. I do this every other day on the days I strength train. It moves through the whole body, amazing how “tight” most of us are, especially the hips/groin. After I do this my posture is totally different lol. Of course it may not be for everyone,  just thought I’d share,

threw it up on ebay of all places with a stupid high reserve and a local dude saw the listing. he got in touch with me, asked what the reserve was and said he’d come get it in person to save us both the fees.

I really like the +2 as I don't need an extra couple layers under my bottom hand.

That worked out well!  But so bittersweet. The new cars are actually quicker/faster, but nothing beats the visceral feeling/experience of a nasty old school V8 muscle car. Miss mine.

Nice,lol!  I once dated a girl from Paris, but she was way out of my league. We had a dope time but she was always wearing Chanel stuff and like hats and gloves (not for winter just for whatever lol)  , I always felt like a bum even if I wearin a suit 🤣
