My boss is a TM staffer and got his in. These look WAY better than the MG3 imo. I always thought the MG3 looked like a triangle but these have a better looking hosel transition to the topline. He also says they feel and sound better than the MG3.

Just ordered new 56/60 TW grinds in the MG3 from FG USA.  Figured that will easily get me through this year and then I’ll order some MG4s early next spring.  MG4s look $$$

Easily the best TM wedge I have hit. Some great new grind options and the new finish is fantastic. Shaping has been refined and sits perfect IMHO. These will be a huge hit. TaylorMade is definitely in the wedge game!

Have you looked at the LB grind? It’s pretty close looking to the TW 56. Not sure if it’s lower bounce

Good preview of the MG4 in Grant Horvat’s latest video (Starting about 1:20 mark). Sounds like they’ve added groove tech to help in wet conditions.

Just came here to post this! He said in the comments that the release is now scheduled for 8/15.

 

I've always been a Vokey wedge guy but I love my P770 irons and I really want to give these a try.

They had a couple MG4s out on the demo rack at a local big box store today. Not sure if somebody made a mistake putting them out so early, so I won’t name the store. I didn’t get to hit them, but snagged a couple pictures. I think these look great, both at address and in terms of bag appeal.
