Okay, it's mixed BUT Rory and Max are currently #2 and #7 golfers in the world. Lexi and Rose: #35 and #21, respectively. And Rose states that she won't be seen much until March for LPGA play due to school studies. On paper at least, we are not putting our best foot forward for this competition. Also, same tee boxes on Par 3s....meh.

Because all the other golfers will be in Asia on that date - Lexi didn't qualify and Rose is said to be skipping the swing for "her studies" 😂

On a slightly more serious note, I'm actually looking forward to watching it.  I'm pretty indifferent to watching the male pros play exhibitions, don't watch celebrity golf.  But throw in a couple of LPGAers and it'll be on my TV.

So Mi never struggled, besides with injuries, the article even suggests that.

she finished 14th on the money list her KLPGA rookie season and improved each year since!  Her 2019 rookie class "swing girls" winner A Yeon Cho is in dire straights right now, barely hitting 220 off the tee. But I think the article is suggesting none of them were as prodigious as Hae-Ran or Hye Jin, which is fair, but I don't think that means they can't be as successful as them at this level, especially for So Mi. These articles sometimes get lost in translation.

Well, Lexi brings in viewers and with Nelly not winning 10-12 times a year like everyone had expected, Rose will slowly creep into Nelly's spot as the new LPGA "it girl" assuming she continues to play well.

Hopefully poor Lilia Vu stays under the radar and keeps cashing checks and hoisting trophies, no need for unwanted media attention anyway.

Oddly ... only a select few get the "dodgy photoshop treatment" on the Aussie Olympics page.

Would Brittany's sister have brought in as many viewers as Lexi?

Rose seems like she could be a little too fresh faced and "aw shucks" for this type of event at this point in her career. Perhaps Lydia Ko could have had her spot. Would have been nice for those two since they don't get Solheim and International Crown opportunities. But I assume this won't be the last time.
