Still looks blue to me although a different shade compared to the OG/TR Blue.  I actually like it.  Reminds of the old tour only IverX/ShaqX.

Anybody remember the old original Fujikura Banzai shaft (early 2000's)? This color looks somewhat similar. There was a later version made for Cally that was black.

Oh the Shaqx and my personal favorite, the Bleex.  I still randomly search ebay for those shafts, regret getting rid of them many moons ago.

Didn't the Iverx/Bleex/Shaqx shafts have a silver ion finish?

Yeah they all looked the same, I was just more reminiscing about those awesome shafts.   

 

I think the only difference between all the shafts was the name written on it, from a graphics standpoint.

They def appear purple based on the light - digging the matte finish, but I'm not sure the "+" is a selling point for me (given I just got the TR Blue).  Excited to see the reviews roll in on this one though!

now I remember the matte blue diamanas. They were popular when Tiger was using one in his 460 ignite and his t60 3 wood.  They were in various shades of blue, probably due to quality control and they were expensive.  People forget that the TM 310 deep face cost upwards of 2500 ( in 2001 dollars ) and wedges were 300-400 ea and they had those Rac milled irons which were expensive but then PXG came along ......bwhahahaahhahhah
