Way better than Valhalla already. Only 16 guys under par and this course is gonna get tougher with very little rain in the forecast. I think the winning score will be -8 to -10 unless the USGA goes ballistic with the pins

I agree that today was likely the easiest of the four. The course was set up to get 'gettable' today, but still trouble if you didn't hit the ball where you needed to. It will be a fun tournament, with an excellent leaderboard so far. I hope Scottie plays a bit better tomorrow, but as they say....you can't win it on Thursday but you can lose it. +1 isn't out of the tournament, three more days to get back into it. That being said, I don't think he will win this week. It's enough already..... 🙂

I could set up a course where nobody breaks par but I doubt most would be happy with the absurd but hilarious challenges I would present these pros.

 

-Hedges around the green

-A cat on every green to slap putts away

-A fence with one or two boards removed in front of every tee box

-Rough that’s knee high

-Fairways 10 yards wide

-Local rule allowing the gallery to pick up and throw a ball in any direction if struck by a shot

-Actual mashed potatoes on the tee box, bout four inches deep

-Slim Whitman on loud speakers throughout the course

-A fire drill on Sunday after the leaders play the front nine
