Just went to Shopko looking for workout stuff. They had those cheap cabretta leather gloves that are usually 7 bucks for $1.74, bought 2 since they were only discounting small(my size) and XXL. Half of the smalls were swapped out with large to get the discount. The Orlimar 2 packs were down to 3.74 in medium and large.

I just happened to be there on the right day. I think it got traded in the day before as two employees were making a joke on how the price tag's glue had barely set when removing it. They threw a new headcover and wrench in as well. The last time I was in there, they had another 910 with a RIP shaft for $250. I just couldn't pass up this deal.

just got a set of taylormade mb tp smoke irons 3-W with x100s at a local pawn shop on monday for my 5yr old Ping G5 and a V-Steel 3wood w/ steel shaft.....the irons are 8.5/10 w/ the only damage at all being a nick on the 8-iron from hitting a rock in a bunker or hitting of a cart path maybe? the 3-4 iron dont even looked like they've hit more than a few balls. this topped the deal i got there 4-5yrs ago when i got:

Got a Scotty Fastback 1 on the used rack at Edwin Watts today in almost new condition for $120. First time I have seen anything close to a deal and it was a great deal. It is a 33" model with the 20g weights that was cut to 31.75" with a ping karsten grip (prob why it was so cheap). I already extended it to 34" and added an iomic I had sitting around.

Couldn't pass this deal up, especially since I had a $15 Gimme card and a $10 preferred customer card ($25 discount). Bought a Flaretip Frequency filter for it and a red Iomic. It's in FANTASTIC shape, and the milling is perfect on it. Walked out of the PGA TSS under $130 for a new putter, the shaft and grip. Steal of a deal, IMO, for it's condition.

 

 

I made 10 in a row with it at 6 feet and left everything in a 10 inch ring at 25 feet, holing three of 10. Couldn't pass it up, nostalgia and all.
