When you think of wedges, you think of Roger Cleveland. The old designs from the other company are still popular because of him. I met Roger years ago when my company made a titanium insert for the old wooden drivers. The owner of my company was ahead of his time. But Rogers designs are surpassed by no one. I can't even remember when I bought my wedges (my gamer), as far as I can remember it was the first batch of the first TM's rac wedges arrived in Melbourne, Asutralia. 2002/3? And to have the same service as the tour pro, it'll make my short game better and a chance to boasts... :clapping:

I would love to have Custom Wedges done by Mr. Cleveland because for my first set of "name brand" wedges I got some Cleveland 588RTG's and loved the look, feel and the incredible spin the produce around the greens. Also being 16 and 5'2 and buying used wedges most of the time I have found it hard to find a set of wedges that fit my "flat" swing plane and have had alot of trouble on longer wedge shot with catching the heel first and that is very frustating. I want to thank GOLFWRX, Callaway and Mr. Roger Cleveland for making this contest happen.

Wow...great giveaway here. how often do you get the chance to have a living legend personally work on clubs for you. Roger Cleveland created the gold standard of wedges. I still use Cleveland 900s because i love them so much. I've had these wedges for a few years now and I can't get rid of them. I'll get the grooves redone but i can't part with them....but if i had the chance to get my grubby little hands on a custom set with grinding done my the Master himself, i think i could make the switch! I already liked the Callaway wedge designs but to have a custom grinding is icing on the cake. Just take a little off the heel and toe, but we can talk more about that after i win :-)

I would want these Roger Cleveland wedges because it it a once in a life time opprotunity to be able to gain 3 wedges of this kind. I'm a college golfer with a single digit handicap and would like to make it to the tour one day but realistically i probably will never make it. These wedges would make me one step closer to feeling like I am there. The day they come in the mail is the say they get put in my bag, not the BST.

I have actually been scanning ebay and many other websites for new wedges but I have to say that I will stop and wait this one out. I would absolutely kill to play these wedges. Im a sucker for Tour equiptment and I would totally love to control these babies.

I would love these wedges for a simple reason--I LOVE WEDGES.

 

Some guys are obsessed by drivers or woods or irons. Me? I'm obsessed by wedges. When I walk into a golf store I immediatley look for the wedges, I swing them I examine the bounce I think about how they work.

 

My wedges are my favorite clubs in my bag the ones that give me a chance to score. To have wedges fit for me that are set up to play the kind of shots I like with my swing would be a dream come true. For those wedges to be built by a legend is beyond description.

 

I would love these wedges.

Well, since I work at a sporting goods store I would be bragging to every fellow employee and customer when talking about wedges. Haha. The only custom made thing I've ever had was a haircut. WOW, what an amazing opportunity. Just another reason that GolfWRX is the greatest!!! :clapping: I'll try to explain what this would mean but I am not sure if words could describe. I feel that I am more knowledgeable than the average golfer about equipment, but wedge fitting is something that I am in the dark about. I don't think that there is as much info out there in this arena compared to driver fitting for instance. Although wedge fitting is just as important, especially with factors such as swing type and turf conditions. As you can see below I am playing stock Callaway wedges now and these have been the greatest I have found to date but I am still having issues, especially with bunker play. To have the opportunity to work with one of the greats, Mr. Cleveland, who is associated with a golf company that I admire is nothing less than a dream come true. Again thanks to GolfWRX, Mr. Cleveland, and Callaway Golf.

I have always been a huge fan of Roger Cleveland's work, starting with his persimmons (of which I proudly own several), and his wedges have always been amazing.

I currently game a copper 485 sand wedge, and would love the opportunity to play a custom grind, in fact, it would be an honor.

Roger is a legend, and his work exemplifies two things that should be inherent in every golf club.. first, respect and homage to the classic designs of classic golf clubs, but also a great eye and devotion to technical innovation.

Would love to be able to try some custom made wedges. I struggle particularly with my 60* wedge and would love the opportunity to have a set of wedges set up to help improve my short game. Wedges are a pretty personal club like a putter, you get used to the specific feel for those times you need them most. Having custom fit ones by a legend himself would be an experience unlike any other. To be treated like a tour player would just be unreal. Clearly they would go great in my bag because they would without a doubt be the best fit wedge for me I've ever used.
