Hilo from bonnie Scotland,

I think this http://www.freepaten...com/8182357.pdf may be the system Niike are using.

or maybe it is another.

whatever it is it seems nice eh

it is hard to see in the picture if this is it, or in the video advert but perhaps this is it?

It's amusing reading all the posts about how that swoosh will be a distraction, the red crown is a bother. It's only a distraction if you let it be. Weak. Or should I say "weak minded"? It's just like draining free throws @ the line. You have all those fans (or haters) screamin', yelling and heckling, but you go 2 for 2 and get on with it. Ahhh, the power of the logo................
doubt you would be saying that if it wasn't nike.. and what does shooting free throws have to do with something you purchase with an ugly logo on it?
Actually, it wouldn't matter what logo would be on there (I'm playing a Ping driver BTW ). I don't let whatever is on the crown affect the way I should hit the ball nor do I care what marketing exec decided to put the swoosh in that location. That's just an excuse IMO. I'm not going to blame some marketing for me not hitting the ball correctly or not purchasing a certain club if the performance dictates.

And for your free throw question, no worries.
Who is blaming the ugly logo for hitting it poorly? It's not like this club is going to shave off 5 strokes compared to other drivers. You make it seem like this driver performs better than anything else out there... have you even hit it yet?
Missed the point entirely. I had stated NOTHING about performance in relation to other drivers. I'm just reading post after post that the logo or colour is not to their liking or distracting. Seems like people are finding fault in the product before experiencing it. Unless Nike is paying you to play their equipment or you are in any test market relating to the design of this product, I doubt Nike could care less about what some people think either way. The question is wether or not the marketing is effective enough (positive or negative) to ultimately increase sales.

The marketing seems to have worked so far given the interest we have seen so far. I don't remember this many positive comments on Nike gear in the past. I look forward to seeing how this new gear performs for me.

Sounds like some like it. Maybe red will become the new white? I didn't care for the white when it first came out, and thought it would bomb, boy, was I wrong. Taking a big chance IMHO, but we'll see...

I think the clubs themselves look great, and the last nike driver I had I really liked, it performed very well. not sure on the color though. I think the tour head would look awesome murdered out.

Also has nike again gone with a garbage shaft??

No! it is a real deal Kuro Kage. Not sure if there is even a nike logo on the shaft. Looks like the shaft is right off the shelf

I'm glad I'm an open minded person and embrace change. Can't wait to try these sexy beasts.

+1 can't wait to try.

Much less bothered by dark red driver than loudmouth clothing or orange puma clothes.

Pic of the driver at address from the Nike Facebook page. IMO, does not look to busy and the swoosh is not much of an eyesore.

Looks pretty sharp.

I lean towards no swoosh being a better design than with it but I don't think it should be a deal breaker. I mean, line the driver up as you always would and take it back. If you get that distracted from it maybe see a doctor?

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
