Agree - hard to pick a guy who comes to the course with four putters.

 

Don't see his Scotty. I wonder if he was putting with it when these pics were taken...e.g. meaning he actually is lugging 5 putters with him.

 

The Scotty isn’t in the rotation anymore.

I think he uses a blade style putter when the greens are bigger because it gives him a little more feel on longer puts.

He was originally fit into the M3, used the M4 in Hawaii because of the cross trade winds and continued using it in the Middle East and on the West Coast. This is the first time this season we have seen him hitting the M3 as far as I am aware.

You are 100% correct about Hawaii but I do believe he already gamed the M3 in his last start. I remember seeing it on a slow motion instant replay during the Genesis Open.

Didnt the article on Rory say that Taylormade had something like 10 putters for him to try out? He went out and won. Maybe it is an omen.
