Just as I decided the Speeder TR is the absolute best shaft for me, I end up demo'ing the new Mavrik with the Rogue White 130 MSI and absolutely loved it. Crap.

On paper the SIlver Rogue is what I would look for in a shaft but does anyone know if it has the same feel as the White? Already was in the other thread where they're gushing about the White TX model. Looking at S-flex for us mere mortals.

The Rogue series of shafts have been successful since it's initial launch years ago, it's hard to think that these won't be really successful as well. Anyone know if any Pro's are gaming the Rogue White in either driver or fairway wood?

So this one spins a little more then, right? I know you need spin;) I read the White TX spins less than the Silver TX but the standard White X should be in between the Black and Silver.

I don't really need spin as much as I need launch. This is pretty mid launch, I would want to tip it some to keep the spin down but still bring the launch up. I generally need a little spin but not as much as I need launch.

swing speed is in the 125 range. Transition I would say is medium... I don’t consider myself to be a hard loader of the shaft. I honestly could not say for sure. I can say that I prefer shafts that I can feel loss a bit.

Well plan was to leave it untipped but it was already 1/2". Rrrr now I have to decide to to deal with a return or just build and try it out

The Rogue isn't a made for shaft. It's an update of the original MSI 110 but based on the new MSI 130. http://www.aldila.com/products/2nd-gen-rogue-silver-110-msi

That's not the shaft that comes stock in the Callaway. The Mavrik comes with a Rogue White 130MSI

Mistake post^

The 110 is real, and an option with Callaway and TM. The 130 white is also real. The 130 white TX has higher end materials, and a slightly stiffer profile.http://www.aldila.com/products/rogue-white-130-msi

I'm playing the 130MSI Silver in my driver now so I'm looking forward to giving the White and possibly the 110 Silver a go. I'm playing a Callaway Rogue SZ 10.5 that is dialed down a degree with the Silver 130MSI and I'm hoping I can fit into a Mavrik SZ 9.0 with a Rogue White installed.

1/2" tipping isn't going to make much of a difference in whether the shaft works for you.
