Ping release Fall 2019?

Recommended Posts

Yeah, I got fitted into those and as nice as it is to hit a 7I 190 yards, I couldn’t get past the feel and sound.

I emailed them when the announcement for the glide eye 2 wedges came out and their response was that there wasn’t any plans for a full eye 2 reboot. I hope they were lying to me.

They won't even make a 50º option, so I'm pretty sure they're telling you the truth.

14 Pings. Blueprints are incredibly good. Fetch is the most underrated putter on the market. Don't @ me.

Highly doubt that.

When companies do that it's usually as a mid life (or late life) kicker. The i210 is at a point in its life cycle where sales are going to decline against other new models without either a price reduction or some different swizzle. Changing the finish is a way to entice any remaining fence sitters with low additional investment.

Few current i210 owners are going to make the switch, so realistically how many buyers would that leave? If the market was that big, they'd have come out with it from the beginning.

Black i210’s. Have no business gaming them but I’d force myself to become a better ball striker. Then dry hump them after each rd?

Which is ridiculous, btw. I'd play that wedge as low as 46*....

Nah. Ping hit a home run with the Stealth wedges, I dont know any more details aside from the fact that they’re coming so don’t quote me on this but if Ping were smart they would switch out the 431 and go with 8620 in the i210 Stealth and pair it with the QPQ process.

They already felt soft to begin with, so pairing that larger elastomer with 8620 would definitely turn some heads.

Can anyone else confirm stealth i210’s? After a year of going back and forth, I was going to put an order in on i210’s but I would definitely wait for a stealth version.

Pretty sure I as a iBlade player would love to see the iBlade 2.0 finally come out, iBlades have been out since 2016 and still dominate the tour usage in men's major tours. I am already on my second set of iBlades.

Last time I check usage out of Ping's website, of those tours they list the used clubs the usage was as follows:

iBlade 20

Blueprint 9

i210 14

And a punch of S55's still in play also.

G430 Max 10K Hzrdus RDX Red 60 / Ping G430 Max 5fw KBS TD 70 / Titleist TSi2 4Hy  Tensei CK Pro Orange 80HY

Ping iBlade 4-PW Modus3 120 / Cleveland RTX2.0 50° DG S200 / Ping Glide3.0 56° DG TI S400 / Ping Glide4.0 60° DG TI S400

Scotty Cameron Phantom 7.5 Stability Tour / Titleist ProV1x
