I talked with Roger Cleveland today, not only about this thread (how positive the feedback has been) but also about whether they would come to retail soon. While Roger couldn't say anything regarding retail, he did say he might have to do something on GolfWRX to get some of these wedges in our members hands to test (help create a buzz).

I'm sure that the powers to be at both Callaway and GolfWRX will work to make it happen.

I don't think anything is needed to create more of a buzz about these wedges. We just need them to be released to the retail so that we can all get our hands on them.

If you see him again tell him I said hello and ask him if they could removed that god awful face patter and ask the person in charge or creating the text on the club to take a day off. I could probably get over the gaudy graphics but that face pattern would never fly.

I just hope they have a full array of custom options.

My issue with Callaway is online one day to the next, options appear and disappear, and calling doesn't matter as they just go to the website themselves to order.
Shafts have disappeared as options, and on my recent order: ALL Lamkin grips other than crosslines have been vanished. My beloved 3Gen's on all my other Cally clubs can't be ordered, nor the UTx that has been raved about by those at Callaway.

This isn't meant as a bash, but more of a hope Callaway can fix these issues and improve their ordering systems and options for new releases.


If i can order a 54* slate Tour grind, Nippon Modus Tour 130 stiff +½", REL 3Gen +1 wrap; 100% straight into the bag it goes.
