F8+??? Curious to hear about this battle. I just got a sweet deal on a f8+ and although I have yet to swing it the glowing reviews of the f9 have made me question my purchase.

I just bought a full set of LYNX VT Irons brand new for 112GBP, approx 140 euros/dollars!!! normal retail is 750GBp!

These are the nicests looking irons I've ever head, they are the perfect shape behind the ball, short squat and square toe'd. I absolutely love them. They perform brilliantly, I get a great ball flight, the sound is spot on and the feel is perfect.

Here's the crown... no composite and no thin, white line. I've tried to get a little more info on it, no luck. Straight off the tour truck, but haven't seen anything like it!

Currently has a Diamana RF 70TX in it, and the ball flight is killer! Loft is 14.3*, and its just a bomber. Definitely a bit more metallic sounding than I'm used to, but I'm willing to compromise. ha!

Would you hot melt it. Always helped my recent cally woods feel tons better

That's the debate! I'm switching from an older Tmade that had a load of hotmelt... was a solid "thwack". BUT, I'm having trouble messing with this one too much as its not one I can just grab another if hotmelt screws it over.

Do you know what the swing weight is at now? I would imagine it already has some in it, but could definitely work on the sound if you've got some SW room to play with. I'm yet to figure out the perfect spot to add hotmelt for sound, but I have an XR Pro 3 wood that sounds better than any club I've ever hit. Then again I did add quite a bit of hotmelt to that one to get the SW where I wanted it. But it's similar construction, so you can definitely improve on that sound.

Currently sitting at D2... The weight in the back is 6g, and ideally I'll get the weight up to D4 to be consistent. (My irons are extended, and higher on the swing weight scale) I have a 10g weight on the way from Cally, but, hotmelt could be the other option. There's just no going back once going that route!

I actually uave an F8,F8+ and an F9.

When the weather warms up..... I’ll know if the F9 is the real deal (for me). my F8 Rogue max combo felt so sweet last season so it will be a real accomplishment if the F9 knocks it out of the bag.
