I just don't really see what he would have to gain by lying. Also if it is ever proven that he is lying than it would become even a bigger story. I don't think Allenby is risking that.

Still has to be explained how he got separated from his caddy at the wine bar from reliable outside source other than caddy? Still room for a kidnapping and drugging. He seems to have been quite incoherent as Toa Kaili left him and came back 2 hours later and he was still there which supports the drugging until we see what the bar tab was. Allenby's story is a little bit like a Patriots football but it still has some air. At some point he was relieved of his wallet, cell phone and credit cards but at least he still has millions of dollars. I will let it pass as an oversight that the perpetrators of the crime didn't take the Rolex as clearly in the course of events, there was intent to relieve him of wealth.

Spent a crazy night in New Orleans the week before Mardi Gras.

I was with 7 other guys, and before we had our first drink we made a rule to NOT GET SEPARATED from at least 1 other person.

Guess what - after about a dozen drinks including Hand Grenades and Hurricanes we all ended up separated and scattered throughout the city until the wee hours.

Some of us ventured into 'parts unknown' and were almost car-jacked in a cab.

Thank goodness for the alert cab driver who drove up on the sidewalk to get away from 4 thugs with guns.

7 out of 8 of us made it back to the hotel that night...the other the next morning.

Thankfully nobody was hurt.

Stuff happens but with RA's comments after the fact it's hard to have a lot of sympathy for him.

My absolute favorite part is him saying what happened to him is exactly the plot from Taken. Just an amazing thing to say. Not to mention saying people are jealous, accusing the woman who helped him of being paid off to lie, "Do you know who I am?', and lets not forget "I have millions of dollars!". He seems like such an a**.

This seems much more believable then his taken scenario. Are the two people the homeless woman saw him arguing with the same two that are interviewed in this most recent story? And were they really arguing or was Allenby just going nuts and it looked like an argument?

Has his story that his caddie went to the bathroom and he was kidnapped by 6 men from the wine bar, taken for a ride, robbed then dumped from the trunk of a car been totally discredited?

He missed the cut, got drunk at a restaurant bar, stumbled out passed out on the street somewhere. The his wallet was lifted by a homeless person while he was laying asleep on the curb.

Sounds like the case. Allenby did this all to himself.
