First time playing in the Flyknit Chukka today.

 

 

The AD BB looks so freaking good with the photo blue heads. I really want another BB... absolute monster in the fly flex 440. But I don't NEED it... hahaha

Well I've decided. I'm going to sell my mp33s and pick up both a method 001 and an origin b2-01 to go along with the vapor pro combos I just purchased.

 

I was going to keep the mp33s as back ups but now I would rather sell them and use the money to get the two best putters out by Nike. Plus I don't think I'm going to be needing a back up to the vapors anytime soon.

 

I'll post some pics up when I can, vapors arriving on Tuesday. On the hunt for the putters now.

Don't know why I've fallen for Nike all of a sudden... could be coz the vapor pro combos are just that good or could be coz they won't be making clubs anymore. I like to be different, so it suits me just fine to jump on board as others may be jumping off.

Those are sweet. I have a bad enough habit buying Jordan's so I'm stayed away from the Jordan golf shoes. Shoe collecting and golf are enough don't need to add Jordan golf shoes in there.

In my hunt for a Nike putter I have come across the Method Matter B2-05 which on paper would seem to suit me, however I haven't been able to find much info online on this designed.

 

I believe the B2-05 was part of the original Matter line that was released and was only added later. Is this correct.

 

Can anyone provide any more info around this putter style... including what stoke type it is meant to suit?

 

Also I'm still concerned about the durability of the black finish, so I would like to hear more real life experiences if possible.

The B2-05 has slight toe hang, so it is used in a arced/slightly arced stroke. One of my friends that I play with a lot (I'm in high school) has had a Method Matter for almost a year now, and it still looks pretty much brand new. There are a few dents and dings that are typical, but the black finish has not worn off any. He does keep the putter cover on it all the time.

Need to decide whether to save some money and get a matter as opposed to an origin as my first Nike putter.

I want to do the opposite to my Origin! Black finish with photo blue accents. Just not sure it's possible with the face inserts and groove tech.

Well I just purchased a method origin b2-01 from Dallas Golf. Mint condition but no h/c.

 

I'm happier to have gone for one of their premium putters over the matter range.

 

I'm pretty excited. The vapor pro combos from 3 balls should arrive tomorrow and the origin hopefully next week sometime. Now for a decent h/c.

 

I feel that with the vapors and the origin I've scored two of Nike golfs best ever products.

went to hawaii for 2 weeks, tons of golf stuff delivered to my work, i get home, try to hit some balls in the garage, and realize that i can't hit one pure to save my life. was in a good groove before i left. now i want to quit before i get to use any of my new golf s***. bummed. i'll just have to work hard to get back to where i was

Won't re-evaluate my apparel game till I'm at least thirty so it's not apparel or shoes and I've fully switched my bag...still looking for an R Grind engage though. So that narrows it down
