Great sticks, really soft feeling. Great forgiveness. Wish I hadn’t sold mine. Would love to find a new set like that.

Oh man I've been looking hi and low for a set of these. I have the JDM Nike Machspeed Forged 5-PW but I like the Covert Forged better. I had a set of these 1 1/2 years ago and stupidly traded them in for something that I can't even remember now. Regretted it so much. Great set of sticks you got there.

You are correct. Threw a new shaft and grip on it and its awesome. If I decide to use it I figured I wouldn’t see anyone on the course with one of these (except maybe a kiddo haha). Love the clean look and the Tiger stamp on the face. It actually rolls pretty nice although i don’t ever see it knocking my Newport 2 or Origin b1-01 out of the bag.

Well today is a fairly sad day, I think I have finally lost all confidence in my Nike Woods and am finally considering a change - absolutely nail the Vapor Fly at the range, but get it on the course and I'm missing fairways by 60 yards+, so am thinking it's time for a change.

 

I've been offered a very good price on one of the 917 range from Titleist (obviously due to the TS range about to drop) - has anyone moved to one of those after Nike?

My only complaint about it would be its lighter than I like. I actually played a round with it because my scotty is at the custom shop right now so I figured why not? It took a little getting used to the lighter weight but I hit some nice putts. I wouldn’t say it hurt my putting at all. Feels solid off the club face like a a typical milled putter. Could easily be a gamer but I definitely prefer the heavier head of the Scotty or the Origin.

I bought a couple of the Tour ones earlier in the season - still cracking gloves, but don't keep their shape as well as the U***r A****r ones. Worth picking up at the price on that website tho!

I love Nike gloves, really hope that they continue to sell them. (Almost) all Nike athletes wear their gloves, I would actually be surprised if they stop producing them.

Me too. I’ve been checking those type of stores every so often but no Nike gloves.

 

Last Ross haul I cleaned them out. Bought at least 9-10 gloves. Some were even two-pack of gloves.

I'm w/ BlackM00Nlight, pretty sure Nike no longer makes gloves. You can still find them for sale at various locations (for now), but I don't think they're manufacturing them anymore. Edit- same is true of towels, which also sucks.

I'm afraid they are done with that stuff too. No new styles or products in the 2 years since the shutdown is a pretty heavy indicator that those items are going away too.
