Thanks for sharing that. I had a good experience with 2nd Swing last year when I preordered my 1966 TR Anser 2.

Not sure. It says 37 inches long and the price is $299. May just have the release date confused. At least that is what I'm hoping. There is a lefty option too so I'm pretty excited.

 

I'm calling them first thing to figure this out. Says it's a slate putter. I was just about to order with Rakuten too.

Thanks for checking. I just can't believe that line will be selling for $299. I hope that's a mistake in pricing too, as in they put down Vault pricing on a $150 putter. Or maybe they are more high end than the pictures make them seem.

I didn't see a lefty option on their website when I looked but it wasn't the easiest to navigate on my phone.

 

They do have lefty models in both finishes. Just scroll to the very bottom.

When the Vault line was released here, I asked about it and after my rep made a call, said it was NOT being released here in the immediate future. And as of the PGA Show, there is still nothing that the reps are being told, from the info I've been given.

Yeah, this one has been a confusing one. PING is usually tight lipped about releases, but this is one that has been much more so. From having reps (can't say all reps, just the ones I deal with at my account) that don't know it's coming and saying it must be a Japan only product, to the account CSRs telling me when calling in orders that they have no info on it, I don't get the secrecy/confusion around this one. Ive had info on (and been able to order), new release products months before launch, but this one...nothing. Weird.

I don't know why Ping did this or if it was just a mistake or confusion. Second Swing lost business from me because I thought they were never going to offer the Arna. Second Swing even called Ping to verify.

I know. Have wanted this putter since I first saw it early in the winter. Kinda gave up on it and have moved on too drooling over the Toulon Atlanta. Now I'm gonna buy this not knowing if the Toulon gets released and then surely gonna buy that when it eventually does. And I can't get the epic out of the back of my mind either. All while I'm staring at 6 inches of snow so it's only gonna get worse.

Odd ball question here, but how is everyone liking the headcover? The Anser Milled headcover is one of my favorites because it's magnetic and I see the Vault series has a magnetic closure as well.

Got mine from Rakuten. From order to delivery it was only 9 days. Will fit for your specs and your grip for $350 total. Very similar to the Shea. I like the headcover. Smaller than the Anser milled, but the magnetic clips are fantastic.
