Customer service is great and all to have in a company, but I made a comment on a Facebook page for Lamb agreeing that a shipping time of 2 weeks is a long time for a donut. A few hours later I received a phone call from Tana. Not that the reasons for the call were at all necessary nor would they have changed my opinion on anything, because as everyone can agree, 2 weeks for some not to receive their donut is IN FACT a long time. That pointless phone call made me feel like me and Tyson were best buds doing hood rat things and we accidentally broke a window and I was the one who had to answer the call from my friends mom.... very awkward.

Wasn't impressed by lack of even acknowledgement of email inquiry and no response regarding purchase of a putter quite some time ago. Best to all that had better success.

Same thing happened to me.

A company that can't handle criticism should not be in business. Business school 101 stuff.

In the last donut release 100 out of the 300 donuts were purchased by bots, in under a second. That's why they kept going as sold out and then available again because Tana and Adasson were sitting there cancelling those orders and putting them back into stock on the website.

I was told there was atleast 400 total mint eastwoods

What's the update on putters? The donuts, headcovers, etc have been really cool but it would be really cool if he got some putters going again. The "monthly" release hasn't happened and I don't think any putters have been release since July. I'd really like to have a Lamb putter but to be honest I'm losing a bit of interest. I've got all the Lamb headcovers, markers, divot tools, shirts, etc that I want at this point (and I have bought a fair amount). I just want a putter!

  • 2 weeks later...

Pretty interesting story in Lamb-land ... guy orders custom copper divot tool ($125) with "DRAIN MAN" as text. Tyson adds raindrop stamping as his own touch. Guy gets tool and puts it on eBay for $440 -- and it sells. Mama Lamb calls him on it, guy says he didn't want the extra stamping and selling it was easier than calling the shop. Bwahahahaha.

Flippers gonna flip. Just be honest about it. Or maybe make it look like less of a flip by holding onto it for more than five minutes after you get it.

If there is an opportunity for a lowlife to make $20 or $2000...they will chase the dollar signs every single time. Bourbon, golf equipment, Rolexes...any niche market with an in demand product and without shame!

As soon as it leaves his shop, it’s fair game as far as I’m concerned. It happens in every market with boutique or unique products. Sure they can limit or prohibit future sales to a flipper, but once it’s shipped it’s up to the market to decide its worth.

It sounds like the Lamb's need to get a life.

This happens all the time, be Cameron, Betti, Morgan, etc.

That’s just plain weird. If it bothers them that much they can certainly chose not to sell to obvious flippers in the future.

Create A Lamb “block list”, but It’s just silly. They shouldn’t care. Flipping is actually good for their brand.
