I looked really hard for the huge Adidas thread so I could signal my intent to avoid their products again this year but I couldn't care enough to keep looking. I imagine there are a ton of people out there that are bewildered right now wondering what my personal choice will be for this season. Please light candles and say a special prayer so that they may find their way.

Adidas couldn't even blow themselves out of the water if they were invertebrate. Yawn, boring

 

All about opinions and in my opinion the yawns are reserved for Nike golf shoes with two exceptions, Command and Vapor Storm.

 

The rest look like old man shoes you would get on prescription. Mind you they do go well with the pleated chinos and baggy polos with a t-shirt underneath you Americans like to wear. A

 

As he is flying a Scottish flag I will say I know NOBODY at the two Scottish clubs where I play wears Adidas. It’s all FJ, Ecco, Puma and Nike. Tried them once and got blisters like you wouldn’t believe after 3 rounds. Anyone each to their own but as this is a Nike thread ...

 

What clubs are they? The two I play have plenty of adidas along with FJ and Nike.

its almost as if they are trying to appeal to more of those traditionalists that blacklisted nike equipment due to the name and colors on the equipment. most things I've seen for 2019 has been a pass so far.

I would like to see a normal laced up version. Maybe a TW91?? I’d rather have laces if they are gong to keep the fast fit laces looking like that. I love the heel cup on the back though. And hopefully the leather isn’t as shiny in person.
