So there are currently 8 of the roughly 150 original cast averaging ONE stroke below par per round - out of the best golfers in the world. You’re right, it’s a muni with corporate best ball tourney pins..,

I think the lack of wind is making it play easier than it should too. I sure hope they toughen it up tomorrow and players lose strokes.

I just don't think the winning score should be double digits under par and several guys close to reaching double digits under par.

 

But that's just my 2 cents. Still enjoying the tournament.

How many players are double digits? If the weather had been different it would be a different story and if you may have noticed it's changing. Time to watch the Masters? They don't shoot low scores there? The Open isn't easier when the weather lays down?

 

Perspective. The very best players in the world with benign, soft conditions for two days and how many are under in double digits? What happens tomorrow if Mother Nature chines in? 20 under? So you think some players are going to shoot 10 to 15 under par or better tomorrow?

I think that you guys who think the course is playing too easy should wait until it's over before you come to that conclusion.

Fox is better than when it took over the US Open, but still not even close to CBS or when NBC had the US Open. They all seem like dry announcers.... Zinger adds nothing. Never critiques anything.

Not going back. Friday was enough for me. TV does not do justice just how many people are on property.

 

Yesterday I was about 15 yards from where TW played his shot from the rough on hole 3. After Tiger putted out on the green I was trapped in the same spot for about 30 minutes. Literally moved 20 yards in that time there were so many people bottlenecked. It’s just too crowded to enjoy.
